No pool, no elevator, EV station would not work and no help from the front desk on how to get it to work. When we learned that there were no elevators we asked for a ground floor room since we both have mobility issues and were told we would have to pay an extra fee for a ground floor. Since we were only staying the one night we had to deal with the stairs. When we got to our room the door would not close properly. The bed was hard as rock and had a horrible sleep. Unable to download the app after trying with two different phones multiple times and the number that it said to call was not in service so we had to go elsewhere to charge our car. The restaurant was excellent which was the only saving grace.

Rooms were small but very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of parking and restaurant on site was great for breakfast. Delicious Italian restaurant within walking distance of hotel.

This has a very convenient location, close to shopping, QEW, restaurant on premises. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable with very soft sheets. Staff were friendly and welcoming. This is our second time staying here for the location.

The staff member Ms Mini was extremely helpful and kind, offering thoughtful suggestions on places to visit in Niagara Falls & St. Catherine. And The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the Premium Outlet Mall & others.
