The property is older and therefore lacking some amenities. There is no elevator so if you don't want to haul luggage upstairs, then it is not for you. Check in was good but I found it very difficult to find any staff the times I went to the front desk (to locate a working ice machine and start car charge or check out?). The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The motel was pretty nice--our room had a nice sliding door, which proved to be a very useful feature. The free breakfast was much better than expected.

Photos are a bit deceiving - the hotel is not as updated as they make it out to be. Service was great - everyone was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Room was clean overall, but some random hairs on the bedspread that didn’t belong to us and there was some gunk on the bathroom door that needed to be wiped down, and tub was rusty around the drain. For a quick stay around $100, it was perfectly adequate. I would stay here again for a similar stay (near the GO station to attend a concert in TO). Overall average / just fine, no complaints.

Shower had no pressure. Sliding door very hard to open. Room was ok. Break was poor and both days there was no hot food ready.

Friendly, welcoming staff at the front desk. Good value - breakfast and free parking included!

It was a convenient location to the wedding we were attending. The Property was clean & well kept, inside was also clean & they had a good variety of foods for breakfast.

Room was FILTHY. The hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. The room had dirty cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, the bathroom door around the door handle was black, there was an inch of dust covering the top of the mini fridge. Didn't even bother pulling the sheets back on the bed. Immediately walked back to the front desk and demanded a refund. Stayed at another hotel that was much cleaner. This property was so gross!

Customer service was worst

There was a strong chemical smell throughout the hotel, you could see light coming through the wall around the door frame, and the lock didn't work on the first room we were given (had to go back to the front desk to try 3 different sets of key cards, turns out the lock battery was dead)

The service was affordable and the condition was very decent
