Property is under construction. In room products were empty. Room was ok

Curtains are thin and stiff, unable to block lights. There is only one layer of curtain. Usually hotels/motels have light blocking curtain,the thick layer with dark colar, then 2nd layer is thinner and light for privacy. There is only one layer of beige, unable to block light well. We could not sleep well because of the lighting issue. The air conditioner/heater unit is unbelievable loud. The dials of the temp control on the unit are very stiff. There is no thermostats in the room we stayed, and we had to adjust the dials on the heater/AC many times to get comfortable temp. The first front staff we interacted was unable to speak clear English. We called to ask where the thermostat was located, she said: it is around the corner of the bed. We searched each cotner of the bed, unable to find it. She offered to enter the room and show us. Well, she lifted the cover of the heater/AC and claimed that was the thermostat. It was not around the corner of the bed. One good thing though, the mattress is comfortable. Overall, we do not think we will come back.

I called before I did my booking to verify that they accept debit Visa was told that they did when I got there they refused my booking but hotels.com was amazing and gave me a full refund but I do not recommend booking this hotel

They were under construction. Everything looked new and clean but the tub didn't drain properly and the room had a smell. Nice staff decent gym. NO real weird vibes.

The front staff was amazing, very friendly. They ran out of butter at breakfast, kinda dry English muffin sandwich 😉 Not much noise barriers, we could hear people talk quite clearly.

This was actually one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in at a hotel !

Even though the room was very clean and no major issues the beds were very uncomfortable way to firm like sleeping on a wooden floor and the was no handicapped assistance for doors and doorways not great for walkers

Our stay was not great, unfortunately. The staff was welcoming upon check in but the issue with the hotel was the building itself. The walls were so thin I could hear the connecting room beside us talking, in conversational volume for the entire night. It sounded like they were 5' away not in another room. I didn't feel I could call in a noise complaint as the occupants were only talking in a normal volume - also doing so would have woken up my sleeping kids. The next room was awake the entire night, from before I fell asleep at 10:30pm (I was woken up multiple times throughout the night by their voices, particularly at 1:09am I was awake for over an hour) and woke up for the day at 6:20am. Upon waking, the guests in the room beside ours were still up and talking. I had the worst night sleep I've had in a very long time and wasn't prepared to take on the day like I should have been with a restful nights' sleep. Also, there are no blackout blinds and with the parking lot illuminated brightly just outside the sliding door, the room was quite bright still with blinds drawn. I gave the 2-star rating for the recent updates the resort clearly underwent - the rooms which are freshly updated and the kind staff. For the price however there were other hotels in the area with better amenities (add pool, hot tub) for a lower price. I wouldn't stay here again and if you are staying here bring ear plugs, a sleep mask and maybe something to play white noise. And I am not a light sleeper.

The staff and room were great but I booked my stay through hotels app and I received a confirmation that it was booked but the front desk could not find my reservation.

Parking was close to the entrance which is also very close to our room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. When the door lock on our room malfunctioned, they provided us with a new room.
