We enjoyed the breakfast and comfortable bed, But the shower tap did not function properly and no hot water, the ice machine close to the bedroom was noisy, and an unpleasant smell at the check-in area.

Towels, bathroom, sheets

Clean nicechotel with excellent and helpful staff. The only thing is the fact that this hotel is two story without an elevator. This should be high up in the hotel description, not at the bottom. If you saty and can't do staris, reserve a ground floor room.

Jai réservé une chambre sur votre site, jai choisi une chambre upgrade qui n'avait pas de tapis, qui etait renovée et qui etait grande. À mon arrivée jai reçu une petite chambre non rénovée, avec du tapis et très petite..... je suis allée à la réception pour avoir ce que j'avais réservé et ils n'ont jamais voulu me donner une autre chambre....alors que jai pourtant payé le prix d'une chambre rénovée....cest de la fausse représentation....

Wall are paper thin, because there is a complimentary breakfast from 6-10 door were slamming at 5:50am without stopping, yelling and screaming in hallways, Staff were very good but rooms are very dated….deff rooms should be 75.00 a night as not worth anything more. i will spend a little more money next time and stay elsewhere

The in-room amenities were excellent — everything was clean, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless and hassle-free. The only downside for me was the bed sheets. While they were clean, the fabric felt synthetic and wasn’t the most skin-friendly, generating a bit of heat and discomfort during the night. A more breathable fabric would’ve made the stay perfect.

Fuimos por 6 noches, de las cuales 2 no tuvimos agua caliente. El stock del desayuno aparentemente lo reponen de forma semanal, por lo que el lunes aun quedaba algun remanente del fin de semana, y para el miercoles ya no había fruta, muffins, yogurt ni polvo de chocolate para preparar chocolatada, siendo todos estos repuestos recién el dia sabado. Caso aparte la limpieza, a simple vista no parecía mala, pero tuvimos visitas de hormigas en la habitación, y venían por debajo del mueble de la TV. En cuanto a comodidad, bien. La habitacion es pequeña pero funcional, y los colchones y el descanso obtenido fue adecuado. No tuvimos problemas de ruidos a la hora de dormir, lo cual es siempre bienvenido.

Mauvaise odeur de chambre , plusieurs poils sur la bol de toilette, doritos émietté sur tapis qui est sale , poussière sur les meubles , pas d’eau chaude pour se laver, stationnement bien mais pas sécuriser. J’ai décider de changer hôtel c’était trop
