Very clean. Friendly staff. Would be nice to have a little pub on site thou for travellers stuck here for days

Host went above and beyond to accommodate us when we ended up arriving too early for check in. Amazing service!! Highly recommend.

The room was fantastic and the staff was very welcoming. Everything was perfect. The ladder to the second floor was a bit steep but overall the stay was excellent.

Space was very clean and comfortable. Accessibility was also noted.

Could not close the curtains to block out the lights form outside. The white curtains was not enough, and because of this I did not seep good

Hotel has no elevator—I was travelling with several large, heavy suitcases and had a room on the second floor. Not fun. It would have been nice to know this beforehand. Placing a $100 fee on my c/c for “incidentals” was not appreciated. Hotel breakfast did not open until 6:00am and I left at 5:55 so not even a coffee. Not appreciated. Check-in lady was competent.

The front desk attendant was quite rude, and it is extremely noisy. No sound proofing in the walls.

Needed to stay here when flights were rerouted. The airport shuttle worked well. No lift so be aware if lots of luggage.

It was a wonderful place to stay & the staff was very helpful to 2 people and go don’t speak French
