Perfekt hotel, super locatie, parkeren kan niet beter want het hotel is direkt bereikbaar vanuit de parkeergarage. Alles is aanwezig voor een écht verwende gast. Klein minpuntje is de receptie. Bij basaal normale vragen komt niet altijd het verwachte antwoord danwel wordt er asap actie ondernomen. Jammer en eigenlijk ook niet nodig.

Beautiful hotel at amazing location with a very good breakfast buffet and restaurant. But the rooms towards the market place are very noisy. With or without open windows you are definitely going to wake up very early as every tourist walking by with their rolling suitcase on cobblestones makes a huge noise. Churchbells start ringing around 7 am……I would stay here again but not on this side of the hotel.

Veldig fint hotell med hyggelig bar og bra restaurant. Hotellet ligger midt på markedsplassen og derav perfekt beliggenhet. Anbefales om du skal overnatte i Hildesheim.

Dejligt hotel i smukke omgivelser. Fantastisk morgenmad. Spiste på restauranten om aftenen. Det var mere middelmådigt.

Very disappointing experience. I booked through Hotels.com and selected 1 guest instead of 2, as the price was identical, so I assumed it made no difference. However, upon arrival, we were required to pay an additional fee for the second person. I had contacted the hotel the day before to clarify this, but they stopped responding as soon as I asked about the reason for the extra charge. At check-in, I was told they would ask the manager about a possible refund and get back to me on Monday. I have not heard anything since. This is not about the fee, — it’s about the way the situation was handled and the lack of transparency and professionalism. The hotel itself is fine, but I would think twice if you care about the standards of service and business ethics behind it.
