Four Points by Sheraton Ventura Harbor Resort has a very relaxing atmosphere close to the ocean. Clean, quiet and excellent service.

Bathroom needs updating. One of the closet doors not operational. Sliding glass doors were very dirty. Balcony needed to be swept

This is a terrible hotel. Everything is outdated the showers are dirty and the sheets are full of mold. As a Marriott member it was a complete unpleast surprise. I feel ripped off and woyld never go vack again!!

Wasn’t given the room I booked and paid for, was meagerly compensated. The room had been refreshed but had the general feeling of lipstick on a pig. The ac rattled all night thankfully it worked but it wasn’t peaceful or pleasant. The front toor hinge was broken and had to be lifted to open and close

The only saving grace of the place is the spoiler staff. The hotel is nothing like the posted pictures. The “hotel” is run-down with old carpeting and each room with a very musky smell. The tap water smells of sulfur and there is mold and mildew on the faucets and shower.

The ease to being picked up by the LAX shuttle. Nice location near the harbor! Wonderful beds!

Fun easy access and clean

The lighting in my room was totally inadequate for doing any work. No complimentary breakfast.

This location was convenient to the wedding venue, but it needs an upgrade. Our door couldn’t lock, but was immediately fixed and the bathroom appeared outdated with mold. Overall it needs an upgrade.

The bed was comfortable and provided a restful night’s sleep. The room was generally clean. The property does appear to have some age, with finishes that are a bit worn and a few spots in the bathroom that could use extra care. While it offered the basics for an overnight stay, a few updates could help give it a more inviting, hotel-like atmosphere for the price that we paid.

I don't want the public to see this but when you pay a lot of money for your room you would expect to walk in to a clean room and not one that's bed is messy with pillows without cases on half the pillows and a pair of wet woman's underwear in the closet that remained there for the two days and nights we spent in the room. Location and staff great but the room was slightly underwhelming.

My experience was not great, as the shower had someone hair in it, the room was so humid and uncomfortable, and the bed covers were stained with god knows what. I will not only never return but will tell my friends and family to never stay there. Gross.

One thing I would change is give customers a free breakfast. $20 bucks a person is outrageous. And give customers coffee CREAMER why only milk and oatmilk?? And for God's sake put in your own laundry machines for customers to use so they don't have to walk forever to the hotel next store to do their laundry. Come on now!

The staff were very kind and helpful and brought us extra towels quickly when we needed them. However the downsides were the loud and dingy AC unit that made odd noises all night and the general cleanliness of the room, maybe it was just a little old and too lived in for us…
