staff were excellent and lesiure facilities were great. the room itself was fine, large enough and very clean.

Could't booked any spa treatmemt as everything was fully booked, no information provided ob Hotel.com so partialy is your fault too. Very dirty jacuzzi. Never egain!!!

Nice convenient location for a family catch up

I have Huntingtons and get tired and unable to walk at the end of day. No lift and would let me swap room to ground floor. Hotel said it was fully booked but I checked on Hotels.com and there were very many rooms available.

Was very good for the 2 night stay that we had. Will definitely stay again when we are next back in the area.

We didn't have breakfast

I stayed whilst attending a wedding. The room was basic but mostly clean. I had no issues. The gym had a good range of machines if slightly outdated. Generally a good stay.

Waited ages to check in the staff member behind reception couldn’t care less. Nice to have a gym though.

Very unsatisfied booked three rooms First room was ridiculously hot with no way to cool down Second room one of the beds smelled terrible And third room was dirty

Did not get much sleep due to the road noise all night.

The hotel itself was in good condition, the room was clean and tidy

Tired, very tired, had a strange smell. Bathroom floor was filthy when putting a white towel on it, edges you could see it. Moss growing out then windows. Stag dos in the bar all pi55ed up.

Plenty of parking and a smooth check in but very little information is given. Stayed for one night to celebrate anniversary. The room was similar to a travelodge room but had everything you needed. No air conditioning so the room was like a sauna and uncomfortable so we had very little sleep. The spa was okay, the hot tubs were closed for cleaning but even when open were grubby. The jacuzzi wasn't working properly, sauna was great, steam room had tissue over the sensory so we took it off the first day and it was still in there the next so it had not been cleaned. Breakfast was a good selection but had clearly been sat out for a while and was dry. The bar wasn't particularly welcoming and was dark and dingy. It wasn't quite the relaxing break we had wanted.

You’re going to need strong legs or a car staying here to go anywhere else. Lovely location nice grounds and a pool
