The staff are amazing and just a lovely stay.

We come for sauna and swimingpool but not working .no one told us about that ..boring hotel .. nothing to do there... The food was fine ... Hotel was clean 4*

Nice place. Clean rooms, VERY courteous and friendly staff. Shame the restaurant and bar close so early, especially the restaurant for late arrivals. Otherwise great place to stay.

Clewed and convenient

Location and room were was fine but…I found out the spa facilities were unavailable after I’d booked and the hotel refused to provide a refund, then found there was no room service. So much for my two nights away to relax away from home duties! I won’t be returning.

Clean but no working spa and not told before arrival or on arrival!

Nice big room with a huge bed and sofa. Friendly check in staff. Lovely food in the restaurant, evening and breakfast. I would be happy to stay again if i was in the area

Great breakfast, only downside about the stay is that the pool was closed but was not aware about this until we got there

Room was comfy and clean. Lovely breakfast with good choice of food. Spa was great, loved the hot tubs.

It was ok. Had to go asking for toilet roll. There 3 nights and asked for our room to be serviced on the 2nd night and our request was ignored.Rooms basic. They couldn’t get us a remote for the TV and were going to get us to move rooms. We told them not to bother. Not sure I would stay here again. Food was very good.

Clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking.

The lights in the room are quite bright, no lamps for when you're relaxing for bed. The rooms seem a little dated and it makes the place seem a bit unattractive.
