For years we have stayed in either the Preluna or the Plaza hotel. Bringing groups over from the UK for diving. I want to thank all the staff at the Diplomat for there excellent service and top hospitality during our stay. I will definitely be coming back in 2027 to the Diplomat. And bringing guests with us.

Frokosten var ok,undres på hvorfor de ikke kan steke bacon skikkelig. Grove rundstykker blir fort tomt og blir ikke satt inn flere. Litt mer pålegg.

Fantastiskt läge om man vill ha mycket nära till fina klippbad, restauranger, kommunikation. Takterras i två etager (inkl pool) med utsikt över havet var ett trevlig inslag.

Ett bra hotell med väldigt hjälpsam personal. Prisvärt hotell som ligger hyfsat ”centralt”. Dock stämmer inte beskrivningen med att det finns solstolar på stranden. Det finns ett stort solskydd uppe vid poolen, men inga parasoll. Svårt att få skugga om man inte får en solstol nära det stora solskyddet. AC’n låter väldigt högt och det är omöjligt att ha den igång på natten. Har man ett rum ut mot havet så får man en fantastisk utsikt!

The location is wonderful, right across the street from the ocean. Friendly staff, great breakfast, lovely pool. Complimentary wine, snacks, and water in the room, along with bathrobes and slippers! There is also a bar upstairs by the pool which serves food throughout the day and has entertainment several nights a week. A great hotel and would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel central placed in Sliema. We got a room in the backside from the main road. Perfect and no disturbance during the night. 🤗🌞🇲🇹

Great hotel. We had a spacious triple room which was clean and had everything we needed. The reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast was ok, the first morning was incredibly busy and staff were not helpful in finding tables for guests or asking people to wait until tables were available, there were many people walking about with breakfast but no table to sit at. The other mornings were less busy so no issues in getting a table at breakfast. The pool area was nice, it could be improved by having the bar open for drinks/snacks. Overall a lovely stay!

Great location. Clean rooms. Pool on roof top good however little flies that bit were a pain. Breakfast was plentiful.

The hotel is in a great location and is only a 15 minute walk to the ferries for both Gozo and Valletta. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. The housekeeping was second to none, always cleaned the room and changed the towels every two days. The breakfast which was included in our package was suitable for everyone with fresh fruit, hot cooked food and plenty of hot drinks.

Hotellet ligger perfekt ved kysten i Sliema. Ikke så støjende og larmende som St. Julians og Valletta. Vil klart anbefale dette område til andre rejsende. Selve hotellet er rigtig fint - ikke topmoderne, men alt fungerer og er velholdt. Særligt vil jeg fremhæve det meget venlige personale, der får alt til at føles som en god oplevelse. Sengene er til den hårde side, og jeg kunne godt have tænkt mig min egen dyne fremfor en dobbeltdyne. Men det hører absolut til en mindre detalje.

Das Hotel hat einen perfekten Ausgangspunkt für einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt auf Malta. Direkt vor der Tür sind tolle Zugänge zum Meer. Die Zimmer sind groß und werden täglich gereinigt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Badezimmer modern. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und sehr lecker. Das Personal war immer aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Rooftop Pool und die dazugehörige Terrasse mit den beiden Hängesesseln. Man hat von dort aus eine traumhaft beruhigende Aussicht über das Meer. Wir können das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und würden selbst auch jederzeit wiederkommen.
