Rating & Review Keseluruhan Holiday Inn Express OLEAN, an IHG Hotel

Able to charge my Tesla overnight. So good to go in the morning 😀

Clean, convenient. We like to have AC running all night, and this one didnt. We were overly warm and the bed was hard.

Only holiday inn Ive been to that we were told no drinks in pool area .. even tho the sign in pool says no glass bottles and we had cans .. no signs posted anywhere bout no food or drinks in the pool area .. and I worked at a holiday inn for 4 years and it was always no glass but you could have cans .. breakfast was great and room was clean also breakfast lady is extremely nice n friendly ..

Very nice place to stay, not too far from skiing resorts. Clean, beds are very comfy. I slept like a baby. Also, my friends and I were swimming in that pool, there were extra towels. I do recommend this hotel!

Started off bad booking through hotels.com but the front desk girl Jessica Lunn was amazing and spoke to 2 different reps who were no help then called her supervisor and went above and beyond to make our stay great!

Quick overnight visit.

Just a one night get away with the grandkids - swimming snacks and movies - it was a hit!!

We stayed here due to the proximity to Holiday Valley skiing. Our room was acceptable but not great. There weren’t really many decorations/pictures on the wall in the hotel and it made it seem sort of empty. The cabinets in our rooms were a little sticky. It was acceptable but not luxurious.

Great hotel. Clean and spacious room. Has amenities like pool, gym and business centre. Breakfast had decent options. Conveniently located near restaurants and Elicottville. Will definitely visit again

The only thing I didn’t like was you could hear the commode flushing from many rooms in our proximity.

Checking in was easy, customer service was excellent, would definitely recommend this hotel

Rooms wasn’t clean and had garbage left behind under rolling chair from previous guest.

Our stay was comfortable & relaxing. The staff was very friendly & helpful.

Employee was very respectful and considerate. The elevator was nasty. The rooms mirrors and windows were nasty.
