The staff are so friendly so far they have welcome us and over heard other guest as they arrived . Have a warm smile just very friendly and welcoming.

Place was in nice condition, but didn't have the king bedroom that we had reservations for. Put us in a room were everything was pushed to the window and had a huge empty area. Very dark room because lights were all locared together.

The employees were kind and helpful. But there are minimal spaces and they are small. People, like me with big vehicles, cannot park and there is also limited disabled spots. Everything else was fine but you could upgrade the toilet paper.

I never checked in.... I tried to just reserve a room and Expedia charged me the full price one week before staying there. And then I tried to cancel and I can't even so much just talk to somebody. I tried to speak to the hotel and they told me they could do nothing about it because it was through Expedia. In a few weeks I'm planning a trip all the way across the United States and I will not be using Expedia ever. I just want my money back

Add said rooms were newly renovated. They were not… our room was noisy inside and out… outside with traffic inside the bathroom it sounded like a generator was running… ALL NIGHT… bed was uncomfortable, pillows flat. Stains on carpet… elevator is tiny and very rough. Maybe they are renovating but they need to keep going. The stay wasn’t great.

Incidentals charge (which was NOT detailed on Travelocity). $75. we will see if that all comes back or if they find a way to keep that Parking fee: $10 (they charge for parking but say that they aren't responsible for things that happen to your car - if they are CHARGING then they should be responsible. Breakfast buffet $15/person for a motel 6 style buffet (4-5 hot items). NOT a fan of all the charges but I suppose that is to be expected for a Hilton property.

The hotel was easy to find. We had originally booked a King room. When I booked the room, I had sent a message asking for the ground floor, or as low to ground floor as possible. Check in was easy and they found our reservation. We were given keys to our room on the second floor. We were given fresh cookies (my wife is gluten intolerant and they gave her a gluten free cookie). We went up to our room and found it to be a double queen. I called the lobby and told them the issue and the had us come back downstairs. They changed the room for me and I mentioned I had asked for a ground floor. She said, she did not see that on the reservation and gave us a ground floor room. Our room was not one that was recently renovated ,but that was not an issue. The room was very spacious and clean. The TV was a 40 inch flat screen and had Direct TV for its stations. I was not pleased with the channel selections offered but it did have nice HBO movies. The room should have had a guide of some sort that said what channels were available for easy access. The guide on channel one was awkward. The room had a large shower when I liked as well as a main shower head and a hand held. The amenities in the bathroom were very nice, they were pump shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Poor water pressure though. We were disappointed we had to pay $15 each for breakfast and there was a $10 a day fee for parking in their lot. The pool and sauna were great. Great Ice machine too.

Staff were accommodating & friendly. As of September 2025 the grounds are under construction with an already tight parking area made even smaller with work equipment. Rooms are clean, furniture a bit dated (bed especially) and could use some updating, perhaps with the construction the furniture will also receive an update. Otherwise a promising hotel and easy freeway access.

Charges for parking unacceptable! Website stated breakfast was $10.00, but when we arrived it was $15.00!! If you are going to charge for these amenities be up front about it. These surprises make customers mad 😡

Hi there, I stayed in room 415 and wanted to share a couple of issues I encountered. The blind meant to block outside light wasn’t working properly, and the bathroom ceiling vent was constantly running with a loud, industrial-like noise. That said, the rest of the room was spotless — the pillows, bedding, and overall cleanliness were excellent. Thank you!
