No elevator. Room on second floor; hadn’t stayed in a 2+ level hotel without an elevator or given a first floor room. I have leg braces and use a cane; Clerk was rude and not accommodating. Staircase railing was unsteady and wobbly. 2 partial bottles of shampoo, no conditioner. A hairdryer with metal plate and screws was lying on the bathroom counter uninstalled…hazard. Coffee pot was too dirty to use. Overall, a negative experience. Won’t be using a Choice Hotel unless there is no choice!

This is an older hotel. They have recently renovated it. The bed was wonderful.

Breakfast was great. everything was clean. I didn't like the transition from the bedroom into the bathroom. I tripped on it a couple of times.

Don't eat at the cafe. It is not yummy.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a hotel stay! We checked in and left our things in room as my daughter wanted to check out the pool which was out of service! When we returned, my room key would not work, we tried several keys and finally the attendant tried the master key to learn it didn't work either. They needed to get a 'maintenance person' on site to fix door. We were locked out of our room with all of our stuff inside for over 2 hours!!! It was like we were being held hostage! I will never stay again nor will I recommend this place to anyone I care about!

Bed was comfortable the toilet dosen't flush that well leaving alotot of stuff behind i felt bad about that because it was embarrassing showee warm the sink was awesome the staff up front guy who helped me did an outstanding job getting me te room

The shampoos and conditioner were not completely full, there was no hand soap and the bathroom sink had a leak, there were accessories for coffee in the room but no coffee pot. Definitely will not stay there again. No attention to detail in the rooms.

Beds were comfortable. Some updates make it a little nicer. No breakfast but cheaper stay.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Accommodating to our family which was very appreciated!

It’s all updated. Would be nice if the Elephants Eye was open for business.

We had to pay $100 deposit after paying for the room. We won’t get back for two to three days. They said it was for cleaning. That wasn’t disclosed.

Clean, sufficient room in a tired facility.

Very disappointing experience. The first room we were given had not been cleaned. Dirty latex gloves on bathroom floor. Extended wait for new room as the staff went to check if it was clean. Sign at front desk said pool out of order, breakfast unavailable. Even for an inexpensive room this was beyond bad.

To much $ for what u get the bed and pillows were awesome

Room was great except the bathtub. It had repaired wholes that had black surrounding them. I would not sit on that surface. Nor would I put children in it to bathe.

Tv didn’t work, the heater run continuously with no control how hot or cool you put it!
