This is a nice place but our check-in experience at the start of the holiday was awful. We were told our rooms weren’t ready but they would contact us at 3 to give us access to 1 room. By 5 we had no call so went to reception. We got room keys so they had clearly forgotten and we even had to take our weighty luggage to the rooms. Then the keys didn’t work so we had to go back to reception.

Rooms are great, perfect break without the kids.

Stil og klasse - alt fungerede fantastisk. Personalet var alle søde og hjælpsomme, alt foregik stille og eksklusivt - jeg har boet på mange luksus hoteller rundt om i verden men det her var klart et af de bedste. Husk, det er et voksen hotel med kunst og kultur samt historie. Enjoy

The best thing about the hotel is the pool area which has a great view and a nice vibe. Breakfast is average and feels very busy. Eat dinner elsewhere because it’s overpriced and it feels like a retirement home .

This hotel is fabulous. The staff are lovely and incredibly helpful. If you want a great holiday, come to the Castia San Vida you will not be disappointed.

The hotel was great , the staff were great and i would like to think i will be returning in the not too distant future

What can I say except marvellous hotel

Its a nice hotel. I like everything, except the food is not great at all. Also, the spa/ sauna showers area could be cleaner . Thanks

Getting a coffee, water or orange juice at Breakfast didn‘t work at all. 2 days we waited 20 minutes for a coffee. So the Service at Breakfast needs massive improvement. In our room 843 the shower was broken and the SPA for the size of the Hotel was by gar too small ( only 4 daybeds in the quiet Zone)
