Great location, the view was amazing and perfect! Loved the staff, bar staff and the atmosphere. Would book here again.

Nice hotel! Lots of fees when booking and parking is chaotic . Use the valet.

首先前台服務員給我們極高樓層瀑佈景觀房間，再者每晚晚上10 時在房間也能看到煙花，真是很棒。雖然酒店房間很寬敞，但看起來已有相當歷史。房間沒有樽裝水供應，也沒有熱水壺煲水。不過可以向前台或housekeeping 取一個。我個人認為酒店早餐只是一般，選擇唔多。第二天約早9時去吃早餐，有些食物都唔refill。除非自駕或買WeGo bus card，否則去酒店交通唔方便。

Parking fees are high, nearby parking are less expensive and walking distance is less. Parking staff non friendly however the bar staff were super friendly and provided great service. Rooms were clean and housekeeping staff were very nice. Food was good and hotel views and location are great.

We had a room on the 19th floor with an amazing view of the Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls. I really enjoyed the comfy chair that was situated right in front of the window so I could comfortably enjoy the view. Parking is expensive ($50) and a hassle (a couple of blocks away from the hotel). The hotel was upfront about the parking situation, so I knew what to expect before I arrived.

Great view of the falls from your room if you book one. Eat at the restaurant across the street, its much better. Like many rooms, not enough plugs for charging.

This is a great place to stay for amazing views of the Canadian falls. The resort was clean and well maintained.

There is no on-site parking at the hotel; parking is located at a separate property. The elevators were making serious squeaking noises, and both the room and hallway carpets had an unpleasant smell. The room itself was very small with low ceilings, and there was mold in the bathroom. Overall, the stay was a major disappointment. The pricing also felt misleading, with hidden fees for parking and other charges adding an extra $100 on top of $300 room rate . Parking alone costs $50 per day. If you’re visiting Niagara Falls, I would recommend staying at one of the newer hotels instead. Unfortunately, Marriott International seems to be falling short of its reputation for cleanliness and quality at this property. The staff, however, were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms themselves were in very poor condition.

We stayed here for the view of the falls and it was fabulous! The premium view is definitely worth the extra money for the fantastic view of the falls. Sitting in front of the huge picture window with spectacular views of the Canadian Falls and the American Falls was the highlight of our trip. The room was very clean. The hotel staff was courteous and professional. The breakfast buffet had ample choices for any type of diet and I do recommend getting this as you book because it usually saves you a few bucks. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this hotel and will definitely stay here on my next trip to Niagara Falls.

The room was nice, we couldn't figure how to get the jet tub to work because the controls are behind a door that we left open. We also wanted to do room service, but no menu in the room. We called down to have one brought up, but after an hour we just went downstairs and ate at the bar. View was spectacular, over all it was a good trip.
