fabulous hotel with high standards, always an amazing stay

They stay I had here was horrific lost my bags as soon as I got there staff insulted me when I told them about it they lost my newborns Mike had to get up at 6.30am to go get milk for my new born horrific stay would not recommend these people hotels nice but staff are atrocious

From the moment we checked in, we had a wonderful experience. Staff were very accomdating for our family of four. The staff provided attention and care when one of our kiddos got sick. We appreciated the size of the family room and the cleanliness of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again and loved that it was so close to the tube.

Great — but! — it’s 2025: please put plugs next to the bedsides.

Location in City center ideal for sightseeing with Kids.

We visited the Champagne Lounge yesterday evening at around 21.40hrs. It appeared to be open but there were no staff visible. There were a few people sitting in the lounge but many of the tables had not been cleaned and were covered in glasses. This is the only disappointing part of our stay. We walked around for a minute or two, still no staff so we went to the Mirror Bar.

Lovely room, but hard bed didnt sleep properly, found the 3pm check in bit frustrating it meant we had to rush alot of things, leisure facilities like pool sauna and steam room could be better given the price (savoy has menthol steam rooms and much cleaner, shower in room bathroom was not hot enough and it was way to powerful i suffer from acne rosacea and it really aggravated it because it was too strong so had to be quick

Bad experience, dismissive staff. A hotel that clearly does not want to give the VIP benefits it offers yet uses the badge to help get bookings from customers. Very disappointing and staff did not handle the matter and issue remained unresolved.

The property is excellent, the staff is very friendly, and access to the Tube is convenient.

A good stay. Front of house staff were very good in taking care of me and offering a drink while I waited for the room to be ready and assistance. None of the VIP perks were available this time and an odd interruption by room service twice which wasn’t requested. Will need to ensure the do not disturb button is pressed next time! Dinner in the grand central was very good, excellent pie 👍

The rooms were well destined and quiet considering the location. Lovely ambience. Great breakfast!

The main bar was fully booked every night and the other closed at 10:30.pm. I think it was unfriendly and I didn’t feel good about it. When traveling alone it’s important to find a ”safe” place where you live.

This was such a beautiful amazing hotel. The stars were so lovely and the room was even more beautiful than in the pictures. I loved it and so did the children, we cannot wait to come back.
