great location and hotel aambiance, reception lady gave us a great local restaurant recommendation - very helpful.

When we arrived the room was at the top, as neither of us could handle stairs the staff straight away changed the room for us, it took away stress and made our stay very comfortable.

It is a very attractive looking hotel and the main reception and bar area are lovely but on my arrival the receptionist didn't even smile at me and answered my questions with one word answers and just handed me the key and sat down - really unfriendly, especially as I was on my own and it is a big deal travelling on your own. The bedroom was clean but the mattress was about 4 inches smaller than the bed base and there was absolutely nothing in the room to welcome you or tell you what time things were, Wi-Fi password etc. It was only when I happened to turn the tv on later on that I found a whole menu of options and info! The restaurant was pleasant and the staff were friendly in there and the breakfast was good.

We found Mercure Milton Keyes well appointed and a good price. The rooms are tasteful decorated and a good size, including the bathroom. We did not use the restaurant aside from breakfast and we enjoyed the buffet. We were there for a performance at The Stables and it was only 13 mins away so will stay again in the future.

Great hotel, great facilities. Most importantly the bed was comfortable and I had a great sleep. Would definitely stay again.

It’s a very nice hotel, much better than the usual ones I stay at for work trips. The halal dining options were very limited but other than that it was very good

The privilege room was a great size with everything we needed and a fab view of the golf course. The bed was huge and super comfy and it was lovely and peaceful. Everything was superb.

Really convenient location. You will need to drive but that was ok for me. They had a lovely outside area. We stayed for Japfest and it was great.

The was hairs in the bathroom sink, the mattress was very uncomfortable. Didn't get a decent night sleep, not a 4* more like 3* hotel. But overall it was ok for 1 night stay.
