Great location walkable to downtown core. Good value for the price. Clean, spacious and quiet room.

Room was ok, they need to offer paper towel or tissue paper for small messes with food.

The room was perfect. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was laundry facilities and the breakfast provided a lot of options.

Went to three different rooms, every room had something broken that caused us to switch to another, on top of that the lack of hospitality was shocking. We seemed to be bothering the lady at the front desk when notifying her that a toilet/heater/keycards were not working. Absolutely will not be returning

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and the breakfast was good.

The hotel is clearly aging, and it shows in certain areas. That said, the rooms were comfortable and the overall property was fairly quiet. Staff were courteous. I slept well during my stay, which is always important. The amenities were decent, and having breakfast included was appreciated. There were a few downsides. There was a noticeable smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke in parts of the building. My room had not been vacuumed prior to arrival, although this was rectified the next day. The bedding had some stains and the towels were frayed, which made the space feel less fresh than it could have. It also appeared that a group or family may be living at the hotel, as they regularly gathered on the couches in the second-floor landing area. They were friendly and quiet though. For the price I paid, it was acceptable, and I can’t complain too much. However, with some attention to cleanliness and upkeep, the property could be much better. Overall, I was comfortable enough.

Not a well maintained hotel. Keys always stopped working and staff always acted like you were inconveniencing them when you needed it reset. Housekeeping was always extremely loud chatting in the hallways all through out the mornings.

Loved the little omelettes for breakfast! Alway a comfy stay!

Staff was very courteous. The room was clean and in a quiet area as it is just off a main street.
