Good but location poor

A bit far from town near paper plant, otherwise very good.

The property was not clean, and the armchair in the room had an old, worn-out cover. Additionally, the location was extremely noisy, which made it difficult to relax. We will not be staying at this property again and do not recommend it to others.

Was given a room key for a room that was already booked, opened the door to find a man already in the room. Went back to the front desk and was told that there were no rooms available, I let him know I would find lodging elsewhere. I was told I would be refunded by front desk clerk, instead he screwed up and charged me again for the room, now I have 2x the charges for a room that doesn't exist. The hotel manager ignored my repeated requests to speak with him in my attempt to be refunded for the double charge. Wyndham customer service refused to assist with a refund due to me originally booking through Expedia, despite also being charged for the room again at the hotel by Super 8's Hotel staff. Won't ever be staying at another Wyndham Hotel. Horrible customer service and lack of professionalism, thieves.

Terrible stay. Lady checked us in last night had a pack of cigarettes hanging out of her tank top. Not the best representation of a lodging facility. Was woken up this morning at 0530 to construction. Front desk guy said he would talk to his manager. No resolution. Kept hammering away. It sounded like a herd of elephants stomping around and throwing things on the ground. Would never stay here again.

Nothing special good place to stay if you just nwed a bed for the night. Only real issue was my air conditioner wouldnt turn down from 75 so i was sweating in my sleep

Staff was great. 1st Room we got smelled of urine from a/c, I believe after it ran awhile. Staff put us in another room. Rooms are outdated and have a musty/smokey smell. Bed was comfortable and clean and everything worked for the most part. Both rooms thou had a very old office chair that should be thrown away!!

Started calling Friday morning,To rent a room for sat night.....Nobody at the front desk would answer the phone for hours, had to book on-line,,Expedia messed up the reservation date,,then i had to pay (Expedia blames Super 8,,Super 8 blames Expedia) an extyra $16.00 for the same room! which turned out to be very dirty!! And they were working a floor above us (closed for comstruction) till after 8;00 pm..The desk clerks we talked to were very nice,,

I didnt even stay at this hotel cause it was dirty and smelled rotten and on top of that they charged me double for a room i didnt even stay at.

The card reader on the door didn’t work. It took about 25 cards before it did.

Is to have low standards. I am doing what I love best in the world, traveling on my motorcycle, seeing new sites and revisiting old ones. The room was perfectly adequate for my needs. So what is it was a bit on the small side and poorly arranged. So what if the water pressure was low, and the door lock didn't work, or if it is in an industrial area. The price was right, and that has to count, and I am off this morning to continue my wonderful adventure.

As I went to check in I was informed that they overbooked, so at 10pm I had to look for another place to stay.

First, the room door key card wouldn’t work. Then when I got one that worked and I opened the door there was someone in the room - in bed! Could have been a disaster! The room my wife and I finally got was so-so - mold in the toilet caulking, carpets not so clean, and the desk chair is a complete disaster. The upholstery is in tatters, pretty awful. Some food or something splattered on the wall near the TV. I expected better.

Customer service was great, check in/out was made easy. We stayed there because the rate was low and we did get what was excepted for the low rate. I would’ve preferred something cleaner. It took a few flushes for the toilet, the shower head had mold and the chair in the room has seen better days.

Bed not comfy, pillows lumpy, no hair dryer, coffee pot didnt work. Room old and needs update

Rooms were nasty Stains on ceiling, walls, and carpets. Found a used band aid stuck to the back of the door. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

The room stunk of old cigarette smoke and mildew the only chair in the room was wore out and in very poor condition. No clock and did not give a wake up call that was requested
