Good for an overnight stay with my dog. Clean room. VERY friendly and helpful staff -- Mitzi is marvelous. It's apparent the company hasn't done a good job of maintaining the facility. Coffee makers are available upon request. They were removed because of guests' actions. I thoroughly enjoyed my chocolate waffle at breakfast!

Horribly loud and creaky floors, 2 shades of blue paint in bathroom. Bathroom looks unfinished. Rundown and the lobby is small and cluttered. Staff rundown looking too. For being a Wyndom property it definitely dies not look it !!

This property was very run down. The carpets in the hall and stairway hadnt seen a vacuum in 3 months. The carpet in the room had stains. The bed and towels were very clean. But the room was dusty. I would not recomend this property to anyone.

The staff was super friendly, and the environment was definitely warm, but not very welcoming. Very dirty place from wall to wall, both my son’s and my bed had broken legs so when you laid in bed, the side you’re laying on falls to the ground and the side you’re not laying on sticks up in the air an extra 8 inches. Again, we were very grateful for the friendly staff, and for having a place to close our eyes for the night, but this hotel needs a serious remodel, and the owner needs to step up and make some serious upgrades and additions.

Is ok if you only need a place to stay for one night. Rooms were very tiny, bathroom was functional but in need of updating and repair (toilet leaked really bad). Definitely not a good value for the price of the room.

Overpriced for what they have. Not much for the breakfast. No where to sit. Our room was not what I would call cheap either.

Could have been much better for the price we paid to stay for one night. The bed wasn't bad. The room was cold and didn't really warm up. Small lobby and rooms.

It's the cheapest I could find in Douglas, WY, but I guess you get what you pay for. The staff very nice. The computer was down, so they couldn't get me an access card until it came back online. I checked back once and it wasn't online, so I didn't check back again. Fortunately, I didn't have to go anywhere, but it would have been nice to get a call when I could have gotten a card key. Also, the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed. The room was very clean otherwise. Lastly, the hotel needs a renovation.

The lady that checked my friend and I in was wonderful we were two single women and she did not say our room number out load because there were other people in the lobby and I really appreciated that.

Good hotel for the money. We stayed at three different hotels during our business there and this was the best one we stayed at. It’s just a super eight, but it was cleaner than the other ones and the service was good and they have waffles and coffee in the morning.

Older property. Squeaky floors. Bedding was a bit worn but the bed was quite comfy. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Good price compared to others nearby.

Very dirty carpet in lobby and hall way. Light bulbs were burnt out. Batteries in tv bar. And mold smell along w window falling apart do to water leak? And mold. It wasn’t worth $50. We paid 200$/night. Did give me $150 off our $600 bill but still a waste

We were told that breakfast wod be served at 6 am went out to lobby at 6 and nothing. Coffee that was out there was cold probably from night before and no attendant around. Would love to have ate before left at 7 but had to go to gas station for coffee and food. Room stunk like mold. Lady when we checked in was pleasant but that was the only thing that was. We were just so tired from fishing all day that we just wanted to sleep so we stayed and dealt with the nasty.

A typical mid to low budget American motel, nothing wrong.
