Outdated anot very nice not ehat you would expect from this brand

Great for walking through to Denny Center. Rooms ok. Stool baggage legs broken, tub would t bath finish off it.

stay was overall good, surprised by the stains on the carpet and no microwave in the room. Bathroom floor was sticky, otherwise the stay was good. Restaurant had great food and service was great.

Beautiful venue for the writing conference I attended. My only comment is that there was no coffee other than in the room. The restaurant did not have it on the menu after breakfast. No coffee urns on main floor by the conference room.

As mentioned in a previous review, the Sioux Falls Sheraton is an old favorite. I used to be an exhibitor at a few shows every year at the nearby convention center and always stayed at the Sheraton. That was years ago, however, and the place has lost a step or two since then and could use some renovations. But it will continue to be my go-to whenever I am in Sioux Falls.

Super clean and close to the airport. Love this hotel

We've stayed here many times over the years. It has lost some of its former luster, but the staff is always terrific, the rooms are clean and we won't hesitate to stay again.

It was ok. For 165.00 a night it could have been a cleaner room. TV had a big blurry spot in the middle.

Did not get what we reserved.. wanted king size ended up with 2 double beds.. lighting in room wasn’t great and air conditioner would not kick on so it felt stall and humid in our room… staff was friendly for most part and the convenience being next to Denny Sanford event center made up for it.

It was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Had a great stay for the Hardy Concert and they had a nice welcome set-up for the concert goers It was a lot of fun!!

Bed was very uncomfortable. Room smelled like a mixture of cologne and smoke. Floor had dog food on it- makes me wonder if the room was vacuumed between guests.

The breakfast was horrible. Very cold. Was told we would get vouchers for breakfast. Get down to breakfast and ask, no the vouchers were not included with the rate you paid. The room was so humid the carpet felt wet, and the whole room had a musty smell.

Check in staff was very personable and friendly.
