The barn style door came off the tracks causing injury to myself.

Very nice hotel...valet was slow but it was duevto short staffing. Very courteous though. Would definitely stay again. Restaurant was good as well.

Parking was being resurfaced contributed to valet delays. Also bathroom was missing shampoo/soap bottles being full

Clean and comfortable, convenient to ballpark as we were in town for a game. Reasonable price for downtown and friendly staff.

I wish I would have known ahead of time that there would be no parking available. I was not thrilled about being forced to pay $50 extra because valet was my only option. Aside from that inconvenience, I was fairly happy with my stay.

We enjoyed the Westin. Loved our room. We were happy to find parking across the street. Valet being the only option at the hotel seems like a ripoff. But the hotel was clean. The bed was comfy and the amenities were great.

Westin was clean, room was modern. Beds comfortable. We pulled up to park in the garage and the garage was under construction, no alternative parking offered except $50 hotel valet parking. I would think if the ramp was under construction, they would offer valet at a discounted rate for their patrons, for the inconvenience. We found a ramp around the block for $25. We were in town to attend an open house at CSU, we were literally parking overnight, not worth the cost of valet.

The Westin Downtown Cleveland is a nice hotel with friendly, professional staff. It is situated in the middle of downtown. You are within walking distance of great restaurants, casino, sports stadiums, museums, parks and shows. We will definitely stay again.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, hotel was clean, well updated and very affordable. Would definitely stay here again.
