Front desk person was rude and unwelcoming. Bar/restaurant not open until 5 so we had to walk over to another hotel for lunch.

I really only have two complaints, the first one is that I don't believe if you are paying to stay at the hotel that you should have to pay $25 a day for parking as well, also there is no continental breakfast options only the restaurant and it is very very expensive! Because of this I will not be staying here again, I have stated other hotels just as nice, and no extra for parking and free breakfast included.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!

$25 parking

Was the cleanest nicest hotel that I've ever stayed in. Staff were wonderful and accommodating. Food in restaurant was wonderful!

Convenient location with courteous team of people but delivering on service is not a strength. Cleaning service is upon request only and it took some effort to get it cleaned. Room looks dated. Mattress felt dated as well.

Property is in desperate need of renovation. The furnace cover was loosely hanging, water stains on the ceiling, mold along the floor boards, and standing water in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and kind was the only redeeming quality.

Doors to rooms are scary. Smell of pot everywhere. Carpets very dirty. Bar area nice, service was good there.

Really enjoyed my stay - the staff are amazing and my stay that much more comfortable.

I was charged twice, and denied entry ! I am waiting for my refund.

Front desk staff is very nice and helpful.

I had to pay for parking, the facility needs upgrading and dogs barking was annoying.

Great for one night before an early flight. I do wish the hotel shuttle ran more frequently to pick up from the airport, we had to wait for 15 minutes without any sense of if they were coming. The shuttle from the hotel back to the airport ran exactly on time which was appreciated and the shuttle driver was very helpful. Room was clean, the carpet could use updating but otherwise great.

Did not like that the room didn’t have a microwave. Did like the food and service at restaurant. Did not like that the window treatments did not allow for natural light, unless fully opened.

They overbooked and there was no room available

Easy check in. $25 a night to park.

Bugs in room, on towels…

The staff is quite helpful. The value is good. The parking is confusing but that is due to the operation of the lot and not necessarily the hotel.
