very satisfied with the stays

The room wasn't ready at check-in time and we were on a hurry... To much arrivals without enough staff at the desk.

I stayed with my two young kids for 4 nights and it was wonderful overall. The facilities and staff were topnotch and the breakfast buffet was out of this world. We'll stay there again when in the area. Only con was the teeny tiny parking spaces, it was incredibly snug for a mini van in every spot.

Staff is very friendly. Very nice room and comfortable bed. Parking is small but there is an underground parking in the back that is bigger.

I had a very pleasant 3 night stay. I've got upgraded from king bed to a king bed suite Room is in pristine condition & roomy. Hotel location is close to a lot of restaurants, a min or 2 drive or even within walking distance! I definitely recommend to stay in this hotel whenever visiting Markham area

Was attending a convention in the north Toronto area. This was one of the convention hotels. Great hotel. Great facilities. Fabulous room! A huge range of restaurants in the vicinity.

Terrible experience! Regarding the check-in issue: I was told at 5 PM that the room I booked was not ready. To make matters worse, I found two live caterpillars coming out of the bedding sheets. Never again, Sheraton!

This hotel is great. Enjoyed the wait staff and the gift shop clerk was very customer service oriented.

Rooms a pretty clean, the carpets could use a little bit more vacuuming. The pool and gym area were a bit hard to find but once you’re there, no complaints. Nice little sauna where the indoor pool is. Did not get to try the restaurant or bar, but there is a happy hour and a Starbucks if you’re more on the go. Lots of banquet/event/meeting spaces available it seems.
