In a 6 night stay, we were moved 3 times. Tv/cable not working, and then a plumbing issue. Breakfast is not much of nothing. Construction went on until at least 10p. Will not stay again

Very friendly but non intrusive

It would have been nice if it showed online that this property was being renovated. The only amenity available is the pool. Smells like paint. Front desk area completely torn apart. 2nd floor half blocked off. Stains all over the carpet and the blankets. Mold in the shower. Definitely not what it showed online. This is ridiculous

Dont go its nasty

The staff is amazing! I can't say that enough. Everyone who works there so good. The neighborhood is dodgy, the pet areas are terrible. It's just hot rocks and when trying to find a place for my dogs to relieve themselves we came across a human outdoor toilet. Most of the people who stay at this place live there, which is fine, but there is a heavy population of all night drug users. I would not stay

Construction dust and debris everywhere. They actually change and post the deposit, not just put a hold and then I had to bug them twice over a week later when I still wasn't seeing a refund. I'd spend the extra $5 to sleep somewhere else next time

Great staff, great rooms, and everything was perfect

The staff was very pleasant and had good communication. They were pretty busy tho I think and the shower was so dirty, it wasn’t usable. I guess they use a third party now?

El baño estaba en totalmente sucio, manchado de excremento, la alberca descuidada, y el desayuno que ofrecen muy decadente

It was under construction so not in the greatest condition at the time. There was a weird smell. Staff was friendly though and I like that they accepted the $50 deposit in cash. I think when the remodeling is done, it will be MUCH better. Until then, it’s at least a clean and affordable room when you need a place to relax.

Me robaron mi maleta en la habitación, regresé de una conferencia y la puerta estaba abierta pero no forzada y no se hicieron responsables. Hay una denuncia en la policía y ni así. Toda una pesadilla. El lugar está en reconstrucción no es fiel a lo que aparece en las fotos.
