Perfect

My small sweet I think about 289 ft.² with a sofa and a chair and a good sized TV in front of the king size bed and a small desk area was adequate for my stay and Needs this room had a lovely view overlooking some trees in the back and was quiet and located on the executive fifth floor with less guest traffic and noise.. The main reason I stayed here was because of the sauna which I enjoy it’s a tiny little infrared sauna but it works and the adjacent pool all those small was adequate to cool off… The morning breakfast included with fresh scrambled eggs and bacon yogurt muffins bananas Etc. was quite acceptably adequate. Location was conveniently located off a couple of main road arteries to get to most places in Burlington in a Jiff.. I would recommend this hotel as it’s flexible and prices are quite affordable reasonable for a moderate hotel stay.

Enjoyed our stay! Very clean, very nice! Kind staff, very accommodating, so helpful, easy check in and check out! Every staff member we spoke with was kind! Front desk and cleaning staff, all so lovely!

Cockroaches In the room and in the bed

The rooms seems updated but the floor space was small. Breakfast was good and hassle free as you served yourself.

My stay was great, but you can tell that the hotel has been updated in parts, but not completely. The room was comfortable and clean, but lots of areas need touch ups. The doors, walls and ceiling have marks, water stains and just need some TLC. The breakfast was okay but mostly prepackaged items. The hot foods were good. I would stay again as it was a safe, clean spot, but definitely needs some upgrades to stay competative with other places near by with similar prices.

Hotel is showing it's age. Some deep cleaning required.

Location was convenient for us

Couldn’t beleive our room was actually in the base ment , room was small, stains on carpet, stains on comforter Bathroom wall was dirty , mold on bathroom tiles and around bath tub , breakfast was ok except small area and Ther for was a line up to grab a coffee . Staff were ok, kitchen staff very nice .

This was a great place to stay. The hotel was convenient, spacious, and the rooms were clean. I traveled with my cat and it was welcoming to pets. The gym did not have weights but did have cardio equipment, and there was a pool as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great price and value added things like breakfast, pool and social areas. amazing sleep great bed and pillows. Only thing I Thought could have been better, was entrance. unloading and loading with those stairs and no rain shield car port. other than that everything was 5 stars.

The breakfast was good and food hot and ready. Check in staff was very nice. The pool was a treat for my family. The. Room itself was not really all that clean and I could hear everything that my neighbours were saying. Someone was working on the fourth floor in the business centre and walking over top and through the door. The tub needs to be replaced. This was good for a night’s stay but would not stay longer.

We got to our room I believe it was 133 and walked in and was instantly hit with a smell of smoke and mold. I looked at the ceiling and there was black mold. I have an asthmatic son and knew we could not stay in the room. We went to the front desk who moved us a few doors down, still what appeared to be black spots on the ceiling however the smell was a bit more manageable, so we were able to stay. I would not return to this establishment.

Check-in was the only downside of our stay. We asked about early check-in and were told to return for the 4:00 PM check-in time, which was understandable. However, when my husband came back at 4:00 PM, he waited 35 minutes and still couldn’t check in. We returned again after 5:30 PM and were finally given our room. If check-in is listed as 4:00 PM, rooms should be ready closer to that time. Aside from that, everything else at the hotel was fine. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices, and the coffee was surprisingly very good too.

Breakfast was great! Bacon could have been a little less crispy/burnt. Room was clean, pool was wonderful for the kids. Definitely will be back again if we come to the city again

We did not know it was self service. We did not get room service for housekeeping. We stayed 3 nights and had to go get toilet paper, kleenex, coffee and cups from the reception. The elevator carpet had the same dirt from when we arrived. People were leaving their garbage in the hallway. We only ever saw the receptionist and she was very pleasant. Breakfast was good with a variety of items to choose from.
