Beds were hard

Average room with easy check in and check out.

Nice for a less expensive hotel. Nothing fancy but clean, good breakfast.

Very clean and quiet area. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Nice, newly renovated bathroom. Great downtown area with fun shops and lots of food choices.

I waited in the lobby for an hour to check in. When I finally got checked in, she refused to give me a receipt, told me to get one from Expedia. There was no elevator, I had to carry all my bags up two flight of stairs. The property was old and rundown.

The hotel offered good value for money. Some areas such as stair carpets are a little worse for wear and the breakfast could be improved but it was certainly worth the money

Filthy and the bed sheets were gross. Water stained ceilings and the bathroom smells sewage gas. The rooms were dark with poor lighting and dark. Too tired and it was last minute booking with no refund.

For the price it was a clean hotel.

My husband and I stayed here several times and now that he is gone I stay there. It is always fresh and clean. The staff are always accommodating.Good people!

Poor breakfast--coffee was barely brown, only white bread available ( no wheat option), only ultra processed foods offered (hostess, etc). No fruit either.

after seeing reviews about the bed bugs and seeing the hotel I let my reservation go and took the loss because I didn't feel safe there.

After reading some of the reviews ( which are admittedly older reviews)I was nervous about my booking. Yes, its a bit dated, but I was very pleasany surprised. The lady at the desk was friendly, the halls were clean and odourless and the room was just fine. Bed was comfy and clean, bathroom was clean. No issues! Thank you!

The stuff didnt ask me how many pets we had. So, there was an unexpected 2nd pet fee when we got there. There was trash under the beds including an old shirt. The door to the room was broken, so we only had the deadbolt and not the extra security lock. I wont be staying here again.
