Not clean. I saw my room and immediately left and booked a room somewhere else.

This property was disgusting. Bugs at the entrance and in the room. The staff was asleep when we walked in. We were there in the evening. Not in the middle of the night. We asked for refund and they will not honor it. We walked into the room and immediately checked out. We could not stay there.

Property was disgusting I tried to cancel but Travelocity would not let me. Paid 154 and could not stay at this disgusting place. I will never use Travelocity again. Thanks for nothing.

I never ended up checking in. I reprinted this property. The pictures are deceitful as is the description. It looks like a crack house and the area was super unsafe. Never got out of my car

Veldig slitt.

Charged over $140 for a room with dirty walls, worn carpeting, a freezer that couldn’t close because of ice build up, and reeked of air freshener. (And this was the better room we were offered.) The owner of the property should be ashamed and Expedia should not offer this Travelodge on its website.

So I didn’t even stay at this hotel. I had a death in the family and I called a week before to cancel. They told me I wasn’t getting a refund on the room. Highly will not recommend

I wanted an inexpensive place for one night in Cleveland. I can stay simply, but not filthily with gnats, bodily fluid stains, non-working a/c, barely locking door, ground floor with window on street. The nice woman at the desk was understanding, but I will be refuting charges through my card.

This place was gross. My socks turned black from the floor after like 5 min. Room smelled like cigarettes and 2 pillows had blood on them.

It was not clean bugs all in the building disgusting

I mean if you don’t have any other place like any other then go here or you really on budget

Lugar mal cuidado, com pouca atenção à limpeza e barulhos, principalmente. Vale dizer q a cama, o wi-fi e a ducha eram boas. A roupa de cama, limpa. O café-da-manhã melhor q a média. No entanto, falta manutenção e cuidados básicos no prédio, como, por exemplo, uma porta no corredor q fazia muito barulho ao fechar. Ñ fiquem no quarto 201!

Little and low~key, but a cool hotel.

Hotel served it’s purpose for a one night stay, but I would not recommend for more than that. Hotel needs a major cleaning and upgrade.

As soon as my husband and I pulled up to the hotel, we knew we were not going to stay there. The pictures you have online are absolutely NOTHING like what the hotel looks like. It looks like it’s not even open. The outside is completely run down and from the outside you could see numerous stains on the backside of the curtains….which were barely hanging. Honestly, it was disgusting. Luckily we were able to find another hotel by the airport. But, we are now out $90. Which I can’t even believe anyone has the nerve to charge that for that hotel. I’ve never had a problem using Expedia before, but after this I will not use it again.

The staff were rude the maintenance guy was rude the property was not clean breakfast was horrible
