Great accommodation and I highly recommended. I plan to revisit Panama City, Panama and will rebook at the Renaissance Hotel again.

The rooms need to to be upgraded..Dont take your kids,its Not family friendly.property is boring..its more suitable for weddings and meetings

Room was outdated, no facial mirror, poor lighting and too few towel bars.

Everything was great! I would definitely recommend if you’re staying in Panama City!

Nice location near the local metro station. Relatively safe area to walk at night. Plenty of food options nearby. Property is in good shape and AC is strong. Only problem is night time noise can be a bit loud coming from the street as there's always a bonehead or two that likes to rev their moto bikes late at night (not the hotel's fault)

Great location close to downtown, in a quite and nice area.

The location of this hotel is PERFECT, as it is walking distance from all the best restaurants and shopping in the financial district. The staff was friendly, and free valet parking is included. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed the pool as well which felt like a nice oasis from the hustle and bustle of the city. There was a gym onsite as well. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

This was a beautiful location to getaway. Highly professional staff that catered to our needs. Very clean room. Buffet breakfast was delicious. I’d recommend pre-paying for it. We enjoyed our stay. Also, the pool was cleaned everyday and water was great! We’d like to should out to Esther who was our omelet specialist in the mornings.

Edgar and Diane at the front desk were amazing. From the day I checked it, Edgar answered all my questions and even made great suggestions. Diane also was helpful in calling and excursion place for me so I could book a last minute appointment. Overall amazing experience. Definitely recommend. If I ever go back to Panama, I’m definitely going back to Renaissance.

Amazing customer Service, the staff was wonderful and very professional. Breakfast was wonderful, varitey of food, drinks and fruits. Staff in the breakfast area was very attentive. Especially Ms. Deyka. She had me a birthday cupcake and they sang Happy birthday for me. She was so sweet.

L'emplacement est idéal (proche Metro et de nombreux restaurants aux alentours) L'hôtel est d'un excellent niveau. Chambre spacieuse, propre et lit très confortable. Espaces commun, bar et piscine sont au top Design et raffinement. Petit déjeuner parfait également. Enfin le personnel chaleureux, gentil et attentionné vous permettrons de passer un séjour merveilleux.

Nice location. Central. Amazingly friendly staff. Unfortunately there was an A/C issue during our stay, which the staff worked hard to accommodate and remedy the issue. I would stay again.

Reserve el hotel y cuando llegue me enviaron a otro hotel dizque porque los aire acondicionado estaban dañado. Lo cual me hizo mi estadia mas dificl porque al hotel que me enviaron para el transporte y la ubicación de yo hacer mis cosas era mas difícil. No me gusto ese cambio. Jamas vuelvo a reservar ahi. Uni llega cansado de un vuelo de 5 horas y pico y enviar a uno a otro hotel y el hotel que me enviaron no me gusto las paredes oscura negra horrible.

Excellent buffet and restaurant. Nice pool. Staff are very friendly. Ask for a room on an upper floor away from the street.
