Rating & Review Keseluruhan Regency Miami Airport by Sonesta

Great room. King sized bed..super, super comfy. Which I had more time to enjoy it. Staff supportive...was able to answer all questions. Was a little bit of a confusion with shuttle service from airport. I got off at Miami regency and not Sonesta. Had to walk over. Also, took about 40 minutes for shuttle pick up from hotel, rather than the 20 staff mentioned. Lastly, water stream from shower could do with some adjusting...maybe different shower head. Current head does not provide the best shower experience. All, in all, would definitely stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is pretty convenient in regards to the airport, and there wasn’t too much noise around. The rooms just aren’t as updated as you’d think they would be.

Tried to have dinner in the restaurant at 6.30 on Friday evening, restaurant closed as was the bar. Told that nobody knew th price for the snacks in the lobby. Told to go down for shuttle to airport at 6.30am and wait for a ride to the airport for a 10.40 am flight.

Great Italian restaurant and good location for other restaurants in walking distance. Very friendly staff and helpful.

De los peores lugares en los que me he quedado, mala ubicación, insegura y la limpieza y servicio del lugar deficiente. El transporte al aeropuerto que ofrecen nunca llegó y nadie dio respuesta sobre esto. Nada recomendado.

Took forever to get the shuttle. No response from front desk. Place is good, but I suggest you provide better customer service

Hotel rooms outdated. Stayed for a connecting flight. Anything more than that forget it

The stay over all was good but the breakfast offered at the hotel was expensive $25 per person (cash) and food below average

I was able to do a early check in, pool was nice, airport transportation was good.

Great property if you’re flying into Miami.

Dirty bathroom, unprofessional staff, unexpected fees/charges imposed without my knowledge or approval. There are better hotels in Miami

We didn't like the view that we had, we will request for the pool view on our next stay. We liked that we had to great breakfast every morning, very clean room,shuttle pickup and dropped of at the airport.👌 Thanks

It was a very easy check in once we got to the right hotel. When you see this on the airport shuttle van and hear the driver say, “Sonesta” and see it on the building one tends to get off the shuttle. But there’s actually a Regency AND a Sonesta. We had to walk (it wasn’t far) to the Regency after figuring all that out….

Adequate for a one night stay.

Looked like a decent hotel for 1 night. Well photographed. Painted to look modern and updated, but that’s is false. The lobby is great, goes downhill from there. Hallways are dark. Room smelled. I’m pretty sure our bed was tilted with the head down. Would not stay here again. When checking in the man had zero personality. The only good thing is how close it is to airport, but do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

This was a beautiful place to stay with friendly staff. I hope to get to stay there again when I go back to Miami, Florida.
