Why charge extra if the room is ready prior to check in. This is a bad business practice

I liked they had an inside and outside pool. There was a lot activities for the kids

Good stay

Every thing was great except the Friday night before we left. At 10 pm there was all kind of kids and adults out by the pool that closed at 10. Talking super loud. Running up and down the hall way. We was getting up at 4 to head home. So we didn’t get much sleep. My husband said something to the front desk when we checked out. The lady told him they have a pageant. That’s fine. But try to keep them on one side so the other people don’t get disturbed.

Took over an hour and a half to get a room . Had one reserved and wasnt able to check in til almost 530 ,when check in is at 4. I understand the front desk was trying hard to help out but dont overbook if you dont have the people to clean and have rooms ready for guest upon arrival.

The resort had a nice big lounge area bar by reception and modern look the rooms were updated pretty nice.and outdoor pool was great

Overall a great stay. 100% would stay again. The room aligned with my out of pocket costs. What is the point of having us complete pre check paperwork at home with the understanding of only going to the front desk to get a room card, I can understand having to show ID, if we are still going to be required to fill another check in form? I didn’t like this and wanted to get my card move on. Front desk was nice and the area was clean.

We loved our hotel suite. Very spacious and plenty of room for our family of 5. There was an indoor and outdoor pool, which came in handy bc it rained the one day.

Restaurant that had breakfast buffet was not good at all. Omelet overcooked, no bread available, not very impressed at all.

Just so loud and noise. Uncomfortable bedding. Terrible. Over 300 dollars for a night, a true disappointment

Outdoor patio was really dirty, and the key card didn’t work from the patio. It was also very loud and we had to ask the help desk to control the chaos in the hallway around 11pm

Didn’t like there was no shower gel, shower was dark, garbage outside the balcony. Noise late at night, bathroom switch was very dirty, didn’t like the check in time was at 4pm and we tried checking in at 3pm and they charged a fee also they charged a fee if you want to check out later than 11am. Wouldn’t stay at another Wyndham ever.

Room 330 front entrance door is loud and you have to slam it, tv sucks no a smart tv, no free breakfast, both pools are dirty and the inside pool concrete pieces are falling around the pool, they come at you without knowing if you are in the pool asking your room number to see if your are staying there or if you checked out and are still using the pool like they made me feel uncomfortable in front of my family like if we was doing something wrong.

Great location and worth the price.

The hotel is run down. We checked in and used the bathroom and went to wash my hands and the sink nozzle came off, the pipes under the sink had toilet paper wrapped around them. Shower was horrible!

Great hotel! It was clean, had such a fun feeling along with a fancy feeling. Play room for the kiddos with an arcade, outside playground and 2 pools! It was a nice time there and definitely will be back!
