We really liked the location. This was a great property although pretty noisy. The mini split in the unit itself was noisy. May just need some maintenance. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Flott leilighetshotell sentralt i Santiago. Kort vei til "alt". God aircond, gode senger og fint bad. Veldig hyggelige resepsjonister.

Estadia tranquila, o loft é exatamente como descrito, proximidade com vários pontos turísticos, possível ver Cerro Santa Luzia, comércio, mercados e restaurantes muito próximos e pode fazer a pé, estação de metrô muito próxima . O quarto é confortável, chuveiro excelente, cama confortável, o único detalhe são os poucos utensílios domésticos .. não é possível fazer um básico , mas como está próximo de muitos restaurantes não foi problema pra nós. Ficamos no duplex .

Great place in great location. Walkable to restaurants, grocery, pharmacies, and shopping. Room was very clean and provided shampoo, hair dryer, etc. Stayed in a loft with full kitchen and a balcony on 16th floor providing great city view. Another smaller balcony off the bedroom. Bed was comfy. A/C was great on main level but the upstairs stayed quite warm. A ceiling fan over the bed made it cooler.

Good location, excellent service

The air conditioning unit is on the ground floor, so it does absolutely nothing to cool the bedroom on the mezzanine floor. The only way we could manage to keep the room cool enough to sleep was to always keep the blackout curtains closed during our stay. Other than that, the apartment is very clean and has basic kitchen equipment. It is in a large residential complex with a laundry, gym and pool. It has a good location for central Santiago shops and museums.

Según Expedia hay transporte desde el aeropuerto. No es verdad. Las habitaciones están en un edificio residencial. Personal del edificio muy amable, pero el del hotel bastante frío y poco servicial. No facilitan segunda tarjeta de acceso al edificio. Sin embargo, hay recepción 24h para abrir sólo la puerta principal. No contestan sus mensajes en Expedia. La cocina tiene esponja pero sin detergente ni paños de limpieza (hay que comprar todo). No tienen cambio para las lavadoras del edificio. El loft es cómodo y espacioso, con mucho almacenaje. El aire acondicionado, ubicado entre los dos niveles, no enfría tan bien el segundo piso, pero el ventilador ayuda.

Muy buena atención del personal de recepción y excelente detalle de snakes. Edificio viejo y le hace falta mantenimiento, regadera muy incomoda.

NOT CLEAN , THE BEDROOM AIR CONDITIONER NOT PROPERLY WORKING , THE KITCHEN WARE AND EQUIPMENT ARE BAD QUALITY AND OLD

Estada muito boa. O loft e confortavel, muito limpo, seguro, a regiao e legal, pode fazer quase tudo a pe. Supermercado muito bom ao lado. Paseios, taxis, etc, pessoal da recepção atende.

Excelente localização. Perto de várias atrações, restaurantes, casas de câmbio e comércio. Equipe prestativa. Quarto amplo e limpo.
