La habitación no estaba al 100 limpia, no mueven las camas, no nos dieron mas aguas, fueron un poco groseros, tuvimos que pedir plancha, varias veces porque no la llevaban, y la aalmohadas muy incomodas

I genuinely have no idea how Hotel Casablanca earned a 3.5-star rating. The property feels like it hasn’t been meaningfully updated since the 1970s. The room itself was tired throughout. The mattress was old and, at least from what I could see, did not have a protective bed-bug encasement. The furnishings, bedding, and décor all looked decades past their prime. The surroundings didn’t help. Our room overlooked a torn-down building, and the neighboring property also appeared abandoned, making the block feel run-down and uninviting. Because the hotel sits directly in front of a busy bus stop, the entrance was crowded late at night with people who were not hotel guests. During our stay there were around twenty people gathered outside smoking and waiting for buses. There was also a woman with a young child panhandling on the property, and no staff member appeared to intervene. While I sympathize with people in difficult circumstances, it contributed to an uncomfortable first impression. The first room we were assigned had an overwhelming odor of cheap men’s cologne. The smell was so strong that it immediately triggered sneezing, and I requested another room. The front desk changed it without hesitation, which gave me the impression they were already aware of the issue. The one bright spot was the bell staff. They were genuinely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. They deserve recognition because they were the best part of the experience.

I had a pleasant stay at Casa Blanca. The breakfast buffet was very good with a nice variety of options, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Las instalaciones estan muy bien, tienen un dispensador de agua para rellenar botellas/termos, además super cerca del monumento y el lobby esta abierto las 24 horas. No bajamos a comer al restaurante, pero pedimos room service y la verdad es que todo estaba muy bueno. Yo pregunté sobre un late check out, y me dijeron que al ser por menos de dos horas, no tenía costo. La estancia estuvo muy bien, aunque solo fueron un par de días.

Exceptional service. The rooms are simply elegant, enormous, well decorated and maintained. Staff is helpful, they clean, change beds, mop floors and clean surfaces daily. The hotel location is 50 meters from the Monument of the Revolution! A central location ,close to restaurants, historic sites and night life. Excellent restaurant, with a buffet breakfast. Rooftop pool and bar If I could give this hotel 20 stars, I will. Highly recommended for solo travelers.

Excelente habitación, amenidades, wi/fi, artículos para higiene y arreglo personal, personal de limpieza muy amable y eficiente.

Muy atentos Aunque es un hotel que tiene sus años y la madera en ese diseño lo tace ver anticuado , está limpio y confortable. Las habitaciones están remodeladas y tambien están limpias e iluminadas Tal vez un cambio de iluminación en general para darle un toque de modernidad. Los sillones y salas del bar muy cómodas.

Buena atención del personal y el desayuno buffet era variado y rico.
