the hotel location is convenient, internet works good. Shuttle to airport was on time. It runs every hour to the airport. Breakfast was modest but enough. Bed sheets, pillows with stains and mattress, pillows very old. Room size very good. Is an average but decent hotel

Hotel is very convenient to the Airport. However, the mattress and pillows were worn out, and the room decor is old/dated.

I didn't like that there wasn't a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Mauvais accueil, aucun sourire, aucune information, on devait lui poser les questions sinon ne disait rien. Retard avion, arrivé à 9h30, demandé si pouvait manger, on nous informe une salade ou club car on ferme. Du manger à notre chambre, petite terrasse sans lumière ( la seule dont la lumière est brûlée ), déco chambre très ordinaire. Demande si on peut se baigner après Check-out car avion juste à 6h30pm nous répond non, vous devez attendre dans le lobby, ne peut laisser bagages en consignation. Attendre dans le lobby…personne au bar. Info service shuttle, demandé si peut venir nous chercher à l’aéroport, écrit 2x, aucune réponse. Informé à l’accueil et n’a que haussé les épaules! Bref l’hôtel a de belles installations extérieures mais accueil et service n’a vraiment pas été bon. Déjeuner moyen ( ce qui devait être chaud était tiède à 8h30am alors que le déjeuner se termine à 10h). Bref je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, désolé !

Shower plugged up. Towels very inadecuate. Mattress was as hard as the floor.

It’s a nice property, very close to the airport. I’d advise when coming taking a taxi you shouldn’t pay more than $10 USD. When leaving use the shuttle, I wish the menu had a little bit more diversity. The food came hot though the hamburger with onions didn’t taste good. If you don’t know Spanish to save your life you’re gonna have a hard time able to communicating with staff.

Close to the airport, great if you are in transit. It is far from the city center and shopping area.

I can’t believe they ask for money so I can have my cousin to enter my room to help me with some staff; if they want to control who enter just ask for an ID and the room #, no for $$ that is ridiculous! But beside that it was clean and confortable.

Staff were very friendly, good food and close to the airport. My only complaint is that the room needs more amenities, there was no iron, no wash cloth and no mini fridge

Lovely grounds & beautiful pool. Staff could not have been more helpful. When they were told that I needed a fridge for medical purposes, they immediately brought one to our room. Everything was immaculate. There were plenty of lights & sockets. Super friendly & warm reception desk. Great breakfast. Nice soups and salads for lunch or dinner. Great shuttle service which operates frequently & upon request. Will also pick-up @ airport. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay before flying out. Enjoyed the pool and dining options. No complaints. Friendly staff. Nice comfortable rooms
