Very clean nice motel to stay at friendly staff I would stay stay again

Quick stop over heading north. Just needed a bed for the night

Close to shops. And shoutout to Stephanie for your help during our checkin.

The place is clean.

close to eateries and very excellent receptionist couldn't do enough to help us and tell us where to go for eating and shopping and to tell us all about the inn.

Staff at the reception were very nice and welcoming. Even though this is a simple hotel, it is very clean and tidy and close to the main shopping and dining precincts in town. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Ballina.

The property is convenient to shops and restaurants. Clean and fairly quiet. Staff very nice and helpful.

We were towing a trailer, this was no problem parking here. They sectioned off some place which we appreciated. The room had all the appointments that you expect. Friendly staff.

The staff were outstanding. Restaurant was excellent too.

The plumbing didn’t work on one of my nights and they moved me to another room. Can hear cars on the road outside the hotel which was annoying. The restaurant wasn’t open except for one night of my stay annd the menu was quite outdated annd overpriced for what they were debi v so I skipped it. Overall, not bad, and fine perhaps for an overnight stay but not for longer. I am not sure I would stay there again. The walk into main shops in River street isn’t “5 minutes” away as sold - it’s more like a good 15 minutes or longer and you have to cross the main roads. Ok maybe in summer but not great in winter.

Extremely expensive for what you get. Very tired Motel and reminds me of my stays in other Comfort Inns in 1990's. This one hasn't changed. Very noisy motel where you here everyone taking a shower and people walking around upstairs. Taking shower with no air extraction so open the window & people upstairs can look into your bathroom. Best part, the Receptionist who was extremely helpful and very pleasant.

Good little spot for the price. Comfortable bed, air con worked well. My only complaint which i did mention upon leaving is that there's no ceiling fan or pedestal fan as not everyone wants the air con all the time.

Had a great room, and although the hotel was full their was minimal to no noise in our room.
