The place to be

Room had a horrible smell and a lady sleeping in the lobby. The lobby closes after hours but the number they give you to dail for help gets a dial tone. Even saw a roach. I hate to complain but this was my worst hotel experience yet. Only reason I give two stars is because it wasn't so filthy that I wouldn’t stay and because the young man during check in was very kind. There was even a parking spot specifically for law enforcement but the parking spot remained empty. Just find somewhere else.

It was ok. Exterminator is needed thou,Saw a roach in the bathroom.

Not even sure the sheets were clean. Smelled horrible.

The place had bugs everywhere i checked out the same day. It was disgusting and unsafe, this place should be taken off the listing

I love extended Stay on Clairmont Road the staff is amazing there all of them are polite, professional and helpful at customer service hospitality.

I love the staff at Extended Stay on Clairmont rd all of them have amazing customer services skill. Very professional and friendly. Bella checked me in and she was wonderful for helpful and polite

The water leaked out of the shower head and no cookware. You have to pay to rent it it for an insane amount. Would not recommend. It also had a stale old smell inside. Elevator was down the whole time. Staff was great and went above and beyond but whoever owns this property doesn’t care about the conditions.

The entire experience was awful. There was a hair on the ledge of the tub, the room door could not be opened even after three keys.

My stay was excellent!

This was THE WORST experience ever made my booking Thru Expedia , that night , Showed up 30 mins later , UNABLE TO CHECK in completely , Called Expedia back they say they Have to Still charge me , and can't put me in another room. even tho they are not able to contact any one at this property to assist with this check in . SO me and my kids basically had to stay in the car for the night .. THANKS

The staff was alright it’s just that I found bugs on the floor and Items from the last guest that hadn’t been cleaned out

I didnt even get into a room nobody was there to check me in, and rhe customer service number i read to call kept saying it was full, i spent money i never got back for a room i didnt get into.

It was great, the room was very clean and stocked well with toiletry and towels. The emoyees are very polite and informative, very good hard working folk.
