Excellent staff

Ok if you just need a place to sleep for a night. Room smelled kinda musty and sheets felt damp. No toilet paper holder. Very loud bathroom fan that turns on with light

Wi fi wasn't too great. Overall cleanliness wasn't the best. Front desk staff was okay upon check-in

Bummed out. Read reviews n had the impression it was a new wonderful hotel. They lied. Old hotel and wreaked of dog odor.

Smelt like old cigarettes

It had a mini kitchen.

The check in guy was rude, went to the second floor to go to our room the whole hallway smelled horrible. Entered our room the room was filthy(have pics),there was no toilet paper, only small shampoo and soap was provided. Went to ask for the toilet paper the same rude man got an attitude. Toilet seat was broken and dirty. After dark there were homeless as well as women of the night standing all around the parking lot.when we asked what was going on we were told that they had cut down the woods were the homeless stayed so now they hang out in their parking lot because they have no where to go. DO NOT STAY HERE I WANT A REFUND

Good rate. Brand new, incredible room amenities, overall hotel design is very hip and sharp. New favorite brand!

its clean!! i was impressed havent seen a bug at all!! outside of the place needs some clean up to do then it will be nicer.

Was in a flea infested room unsanutation room my dogs got sick

$300+ for this old run down hotel. Would never stay there again.

I was very impressed with my check in! They were very helpful and kind!

Room was clean, but we saw bugs. Trash was left under the sink.

Our toilet was stopped up and I had to get a plunger from the front desk and plung it myself. Oh, and after agreeing at check in not to smoke in the room, our room reeked of cigarette smoke. I’ll never stay with this chain again.

Outside needs cleaned up big time. Too many homeless hanging around the hotel. Just needed a room for the night with my dog so was perfect in that regards. I work in a hotel, there are small things that need worked on at this location. Also needs a better entrance/exit or a 2nd entrance/exit, can easily pass it and have to do a U-turn and come back and still pass it and do another U-turn.

Unsafe. Old and dirty.

The cleaning was not good, the previous renters eye drops were still in the fridge, bathroom trash was not removed. Bed was clean, bedding was low quality but function. It worked for what we needed but will not go out of my way to stay here again.
