The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom. The one thing I would change is the height of the closet shelf. It’s very low, not good for dresses.

The room smelled terrible but we were too tired to complain. The room needs a full makeover. At breakfast, everything was out.

This hotel was great! We came for a concert at Globe Life Field and it was so convenient! They even had a shuttle we paid extra for that transported us to and from the event. It could not have been more easy! All staff were great, and we would stay here again!

Water only came out hot or warm, no cold…after my concert I was hoping for a cool shower and some cold water to drink…nope…our room smelled bad, like musty mold…couldn’t change due to no availability…rooms need an update…the smell came from carpet and the old air conditioner that probably needs a filter clean…staff was friendly though…

Great breakfast with options for vegetarians. Comfortable clean room and bed. Will definitely stay there again.

All of the staff were pleasant and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast menu had a variety of options and it was very tasty. I enjoyed everything about this property!

The staff at this hotel was AMAZING! They were so friendly and helpful. We just wrapped up a long baseball season so we have stayed at MANY hotels this summer and your staff was hands down the best! We loved our stay here and the room was very clean. Breakfast was great! Thank you!

Ok so there was a power outage shortly before we arrived about 3:30pm. Unfortunately due to that the computer systems were down and took a while to get back up. But the staff was ABSOLUTLY amazing about it and we totally understood that these things happen. Other than waiting for check in about 2 hours the stay and staff were great

The stay was quiet. The breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was fine, it is In a good area but our room was very musty, smelled like a basement or like if we were next to a pool. Maybe sitting water somewhere but it was very uncomfortable because of this. I would have asked for another room but we were only staying one night, and at the rangers all evening .

Decent property terrible staff… older lady at front desk very rude to me and my partner during pride month. Very distasteful and if it wasn’t so close to the rangers game and we would’ve left
