Rating & Review Keseluruhan Ambassador Hotel

We had an amazing stay, the hotel is located right in the prestigious center of Vienna. Clean and accessible to everyone. We were treated to a small gift of chocolate for our birthday and wedding anniversary. It's a real shame and regret that there is no kettle for hot water in the room for tea or coffee, I had to ask for it specially. I will definitely return to the hotel

Very central, beautifully quiet among magnificent buildings. Superb lift system. No evening restaurant service but a multiplicity of great restaurants within easy walking distance.

Biz ailece otelin ambiyansından çok memnun kaldık.otelin konumu çok iyiydi.yine gelsem bu oteli tercih ederim.metroya 2 dakika yürme mesafesindeydi.ayrıca kaldığımız oda geniş ve konforluydu.

Great staff, comfortable room. Lent us an adapter! Empty but good bar. Ideal location for walking to all sights on ring strasse.

Location location location, out the back door and in the middle of major shopping street, nothing was far. Was not expecting to have a flight of stairs but survived. Lovely hotel

Das Hotel liegt superzentral . Es ist natürlich in die Jahre gekommen. Ist aber sehr sauber und hat gute Betten und ein modernes Badezimmer. Daher hervorragende Bewertung.

Beautiful hotel with a very large and spacious room, very high ceilings. We loved it here. The staff was incredibly helpful over the three nights we were here.

Excellent location. I suggest that they update their key entrance into the room! Old style with a key which wasn’t terribly user friendly. Suggest swipe card, easier to use.

Wir waren in Wien, um in die Oper zu gehen und im Musikverein die Wiener Philharmoniker zu hören. Dafür ist es standortmässig das beste Hotel überhaupt! Plus schönes Frühstück, nette Bedienung, ein Riesendank an die Bar für Sonderwünsche an zwei Abenden! Ihr seid die Besten! Und noch ganz wichtig: während draussen das Unwetter tobte, waren im Zimmer die Heizungen mollig warm... danke dafür! Das war immens wichtig für unser Wohlbefinden!

It is located right at the centre of tourist attractions, with the State Opera House and St. Stephen's Church just at each end of the street. The only negative things is that its breakfast is too expensive.
