I think if you are a guest you should be able to access it he entire deck on the 6th floor. Need more pool chairs.

Great service

Most of the time only one elevator worked. Super long lines. No stuff helping to direct the traffic. Internet was constantly buffering. Reasonably clean.

The location was right next to the jazz festival

The stuff was fantastic. The property is beautiful. Location is a great. The only thing there was a problem with the elevator that effect a delay for everything we wanna do if we would like to go up to the rooms or town to the street. The staff was overwhelmed with how busy the hotel is, but we think this was a temporary because of the jazz festival across the street and the hotel was full. Other than that, the hotel, beautiful clean, and the staff very friendly. The concierge is very helpful.! Thank you

This hotel is perfect location for our visit to the Montreal Jazz Festival. We will definitely be back again. Staff was very good, checkin and checkin was no problem, parking very well organized and fair value. Good overall choice for downtown Montreal.

Great location and spacious rooms however - hotel could use a face lift. We stayed on the 15th floor and there were broken walls and areas in the hallway that need urgent upkeep. The rooms need more lighting

Great stay! Attended Jazz Festival in Montreal. Perfect location to attend the festival…. Hotel was beautiful, great friendly staff, comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

The hotel is okay. The location is great if you do not mind the noise, especially during festivals. In the room we stayed in, some of the wall paint was already coming off. The reception staff could benefit from more consistent training. Some staff members were great, but a few were cold and rude. For example, one insisted that we could only have two small(est) bottles of water for the entire stay, even though we were staying for six nights, and coldly told us to get water from the tanks in the lobby, which were often empty. One valet was also basically shouting at us to move the car while we were waiting for someone to get in. That said, many of the staff were helpful and welcoming. Overall, it is not a terrible hotel, but it is certainly not good enough to make me want to come back, mainly because of the negative interactions with some of the staff.

Place des Arts Closr ny

Overall an excellent and comfortable hotel strategically located downtown in the Entertainment District called le Quartier des Spectacles. It is attached to the Complexe Desjardins which contains many shops, restaurants and an excellent food court with many options. You can access the Place des Arts concert hall complex right across the street which is also connected through an underground passageway in case of inclement weather. The only blip in service we experienced was housekeeping twice forgetting to clean our room which was rectified when we notified the front desk. Warning for Hilton Rewards members: Hilton will not award points for this hotel if you book your reservations through third party service providers which was a surprise to us.

Perfect location for the Jazz Festival. Walking distance to everything Montreal. Room was clean and quiet. Bed and pillows so comfortable and AC cooling. Parking easy and convenient. Numerous food options and a grocery store on site. This is our go to hotel when visiting Montreal.

Very well located for jazz festival activities. Strange layout and hidden entrance create confusion. Hotel bar has limited hours.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating and patient.

We got there very early because we had a delayed flight and the staff was so kind and let us in very very early. I think we were there at 10 AM. We were so appreciative ♥️
