I liked everything about the hotel. It was very nice. Me and my family really enjoyed it.

We stayed at the hotel during prom season, everything was fabulous. Loved all the amenities available. Very clean hotel and rooms.

My check in was smooth and the lady was very nice! The hotel was very nice as well with SEVERAL things to do without leaving the property! My 3 year old enjoyed it as well. There was a bounce house, giant chess/checkers, movie screen and other games out on the terrace for the children!

Fun family atmosphere

We spent a weekend there and valeted our car. Unfortunately, every time we tried to get our car to go out, no one was there to help us. We called for the car and they still had to locate someone to get the car. Frequently there were 2 or 3 families backed up to wait for cars. The front desk was never staffed appropriately, nor was the lobby bar. There were no bell hops to help with luggage, and no one was ever at the concierge's desk. Overall, service was terrible due to severe lack of appropriate staffing levels.

Great hotel with lots to do!

When we arrived, their system was down, so we couldn’t even check in right away and had to wait in the lobby for quite a while. The front desk staff wasn’t friendly—actually, they were pretty rude. The pull-out sofa bed had dirty sheets, and we had to call housekeeping to bring a clean set. We even found a dead roach under the couch. They couldn’t provide a microwave in the room, which made things really difficult while traveling with an infant and a toddler. Having to walk back and forth to the shared microwave multiple times was exhausting. Overall, we were really disappointed—it wasn’t kid-friendly at all, especially for the price. We’ll never stay there again.

I like the hotel. The restaurant was good also.

The room was not cleaned well and we had to kill 3 flies that were in the room. The beds and bedding seemed cheap. Not very comfortable

Beautiful grounds, nice room, but beds seem a bit worn out. Customer service just ok. Wait staff lackluster.

Everything closed at 4. Check in time was 4!

The check in was really good and the ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The rooms were cleaned and the hotel staff was very professional and friendly! i really like the hotel decor and activities!

The hotel is dated, it definitely needs major upgrade, the shower bath takes so much time draining water and there is no exhaust in the restroom. The pool is alright it’s decent and there’s a lot of activities to do. Our room was dusty and rusty i think i was better off at a 2 star hotel.
