The hotel was a little run down. Beds very comfortable

Our room was OK with the exception of the bed which didn't seem to fit the sheets and the sink and faucet in the bathroom; there was hardly any water pressure in the faucet and the sink was clogged.

Don't let my 4-star ratings dissuade you from staying at the Towneplace Suites in Findlay, Ohio; I rarely give 5 stars. That said,this was our second time staying at this location in 2 years, and reserving the same type of accommodations (2 bedroom suite). The rooms are clean and well-appointed, and a bonus is that each bedroom has its own heat/ac. There are plenty of pillows and blankets, and these beds are hands down the most comfortable I have had the pleasure of using in a hotel. The kitchen is stocked with silverware, measuring cups and spoons, steak and cutting knives, pots, pans, a colander (!), cutting board, pot holders, dish soap, dishwasher, dish towels, paper towels, drinkware, plates, bowls...the whole shebang. The living area sports a 48" or 50" (not sure which, but it's plenty big) smart TV, a couch large enough for 3 people, a large ottoman, a work desk/dining table and 4 dining chairs. We had a small issue with some of the stations not displaying but once we notified the front desk they got one of their maintenance personnel on it and it was fixed within a couple of hours. Turns out the cable service the hotel uses was having a server issue and just needed to be reset...easy fix. The property boasts an in-ground pool, grilling area (we checked out the sizable Weber grill they have there for guests to use and it's CLEAN!), outdoor lounging area with patio umbrellas. The property is kept clean and free of debris outside. They have plenty of baggage carts.

Loved this facility - clean, spacious, and very comfortable bed. Shopping is directly across the street and staff is wonderful.

We like the outdoor pool and the kitchen in the room! Pullout couch was not comfortable, but was nice to have.

Great place to stay. Great staff.

The bed was uncomfortable, very low to ground, we bought a mattress topper. The couch was hard as a rock so there was no place to actually get comfortable unless you sat at the dining table. The staff was great and always very friendly. The building and area is very clean. The pool looked nice but we never used it.

Great spot for a family of 6. Clean comfortable and spacious! I am very particular about cleanliness and this one was excellent!

Had a family suite. Separate bedrooms. Common living room with a small kitchen where we could cook if need be. Bfast room was small, but the food and quality of food was great. I would recommend this places to others.

Overall the room and the property were great. But the room next to me had children screaming all night, and they woke me up several times. I DID NOT sleep well because of this.

There were minor repairs that needed to be made. The tub needs to be replaced.

Had a very good time. We loved the stay.

The hotel could use some updating (hall carpet, lobby, entry way) but my room was amazing! We had a 2 bedroom suite with very comfortable beds, a new couch in the living room area, nice TV's in all rooms and a newer kitchen area.

The worst experience. Pictures nothing like what you see online. Smelled of vomit. Door unlocked upon arriving. Visible dirt and food on furniture. Dogs barking. Says sleeps 6, the beds are not queens more like full size. Pull out doesn’t actually pull out. Forfeited the money to leave for another hotel as we were concerned we would pick up bedbugs or something similar.
