Close to UTA campus. Away from highway; quiet. Convenient location

Our weekend stay at the Sonesta was good enough to stay again. Carla made checking in easy-peasy. She also, accommodated me and allowed me to check early.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated, but very clean . We enjoyed having the kitchenette as well! We liked being on the trolley line for transport to and from the Cowboys game!

From check in to check out everything is smooth. Go Birds!

Bed in 1st room was terrible but they quickly changed our room. Shower wasn’t great and toilet didn’t flush very well either. I e machine in freezer didn’t work. We were on the first floor and people above were very noisy. Great position though.

Room was spotless, no room services at all while stay. staff friendly, no issues at all, perfect for what we needed.

The A/C in the room was hit or miss. It smelled very humid in the room. There was only one half roll of toilet paper given 2 towels and no one ever picked up the trash bags even when put out in hallway for my 4 day stay. I had to take the trash downstairs to dispose every night. I tried to check out early but a refund would not be given.
