Breakfast is typical ,no bacon, banana is too ripe

Room was clean. Breakfast was poor.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, actually a full hot breakfast which is rare these days.

I had to cancel and didn’t stay in the room. Door wouldn’t shut fully or lock. Another room couldn’t even be opened with the master card key of the staff. Poor condition.

Run down. Multiple homeless people. Laundry did not work. Pet friendly.

What your credit card. They charged $216 on my card AFTER I checked in. When I asked about it they said it would be up to a week before it would be credited to my account. It felt very fishy.

Good location for the areas we wanted to see. Staff was super friendly. The hotel was clean with a great breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

Sliding door does not lock (i.e., anyone can enter the unit at any time. This is a serious safety and security issue. Drip, drip, drip. All night long. Condensate from the 2nd floor unit dripping loudly onto our cooling unit.All night long!!!! Door doesn’t close properly. Dirty. When was the unit cleaned? I can go on. Why don’t you visit in person. It’s obvious that no one has performed an inspection in recent times. I’m 70 years of age. I’ve stayed at many, many places over my lifetime. This is the absolute worst. You should consider removing your name and closing it.

Breakfast needs improvement. ie. Eggs should taste like eggs. A few smiles would help

Property is old and tattered. It felt dirty from the minute we stepped into our room. Needs a total upgrade. Desk staff were very nice and helpful.

This hotel was just ok. It's older and could definitely use some updating. We booked it for the ocean view, and while you could technically see the water, it was not worth the price we paid. We did appreciate the little gym, but we will stay somewhere else next time we're in Crescent City.

We had to wait until 1:00 for the staff to return after a tsunami warning and shift change. We waited in our vehicle for two hours.

Awful experience. Expedia should not list. Dirty, plumbing was broke. Had to move rooms after hauling all of our belongings up flights of stairs. We had to cover the bed in the second room in towels and used our own blankets to get a few hours of rest before we drove on. There was mold, sand in the beds, what we hope was mud on the sheets. Dog hair on the sheets. Screen door was propped up against the frame. Terrible! 😣 I have pictures if required

Courteous employees. Clean property and rooms. Convenient location for us.

The staff does a great job. However the property is tired and needs many repairs. I would recommend staying at a different hotel if visiting the area.

Breakfast no forks or spoons, milk out of date, limited cups and the luggage carts were falling apart. Laundry was out of order

Food options in town minimal. Basic breakfast for breakfast. Really disappointed overall. Kind of dirty, doors fit poorly, shower rod installed improperly so shower curtain kept sliding open. Decided to eat the cost and leave early taking chances on better options.
