Room was rough around the edges. deadbolt on door didnt work. bed felt like it was previously slept on by an elephant, huge sag in the mattress and very uncomfortable. bathroom sink drain broken.

No basic cable and no working phone in the room. Unacceptable.

Moldy in our room, needs a total rehab...

Everything was great

Front desk guy was nice. He gave us a 2nd floor room but there is no elevator, so he changed us to a ground floor room at our request.

Bed was not comfortable and made a lot of noise. Housekeeping walked in the room without knocking at 9am when we were changing. Heater would not turn off automatically, had to get up and turn it off.

For some reason the staff kept trying to open my door overnight. Only reason why I believe it was the staff was because they used a master key to unlock my door but luckily I had the door stopper hooked up.

Overall a good stay! You can beat the location, steps away from the ocean

Overall a pretty mediocre stay, the property is pretty rundown. There was a big space between the door and the door frame, letting cold air into the suite, and that allowed the door to rattle loudly in the wind. The tub faucet had a perpetual drip.

A great place to stop on our travels down the coast, welcomed our dog, and everything was easy.
