No electric car charging

Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance and ended up not opening until the morning that we left. Everything else about the hotel was great though!

Worst hotel I’ve ever been!

Facility was clean, a little dated. Bathroom was small but clean. Water temperature was luke warm for the shower

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was dated but clean and spacious.

Nice place to stay.

The bed was so uncomfortable we woke daily hurting all over. Shower curtain too short and would come out of tube and get water all over. No phone charger plug ins. Toilet handle broken.

It was a friendly staff willing to help in any way

I would stay there again. Good location for taking the Royal Gorge train.

Great place

Mattresses most uncomfortable ever plugs in rooms didn’t work no lotion or anything. Hot tub didn’t work no lights out back in the sitting area

The staff were very nice. The property is older but you can see where they are making updates. We might have just had a bad room but the shower didn’t drain, the faucets leaked, and the air conditioner made a loud noise so we had to keep it off. The property has really good reviews so hopefully it was just our room.

nice hotel with wonderful staff. The morning breakfast was done very well. Patti took extra care to stock and clean the area. The check-in lady was also really great and answered all our questions politely and cheerfully
