Rating & Review Keseluruhan Holiday Inn Express & Suites GHENT by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Arrived at 2:45 and asked if room was ready (member arrivals from 3pm). Was told it would be at least 30 minutes (which would then be after check-in time). Eventually got into the room at 3:20pm. Came back down at 4:15pm and other families still waiting. 1/2 a toilet roll in the bathroom. Only decaf coffee pods available. No milk or creamer in room. Conditioner hadn't been restocked either. Building works currently ongoing very close- we were woken at 7:30am to the sound of banging and drilling! But it was good value and a decent size room for our family of 4. Breakfast also had a decent selection too.

Great value for money, Ece at reception was amazing - she was all by herself yet managing the desk and the bar with multiple clients with a smile on her face.

Friendly received at reception; clear instructions. Nice clean room.

Struttura molto comoda per entrare in autostrada, ma assolutamente scomoda per arrivare in centro, nel complesso comunque la mia recensione è buona

The room was very spacious and good. I booked a suite and it had two double bed, a dining table and a kitchennete. We really enjoyed the room as we were 4 people. The only thing was there was no dustbin bag so sometimes we had issues in storing wet dust.

Redelijk nieuw hotel direct naast de snelweg naar Antwerpen. Alles erg netjes, kamers klein en erg warm. Bedden niet zo fijn. Fijne android tv, met stream mogelijkheden. Slapen met raam open is geen optie door de herrie van de snelweg. Hotel ligt ver buiten centrum. Bushalte voor de deur. Met bus en overstap op tram in 40 min in de mooie stad met heel veel terassen. Parkeren bij hotel voor 19 euro per dag is best veel geld.

First night was horrible, a door was separating my room to the next one. I could hear the guy snoaring and talking, awful. I dont get why they propose this type of room to single person. After complaining the next day i was moved to another room which was perfect. The guy was very helpful and kind. Room.was clean and tidy.

J’ai demandé un lunchpakked via email lors de la réservation, on m’a répondu ok, puis j’ai confirmé ma demande lors du Check in on m’a répondu ok. Lors du Check out à 3h30 du matin je demande mon lunchpakked comme prévue mais on m’informe que je n’aurais celui ci. Je n’ai donc pas pu me restaurer et je suis resté sans mangé de 17h00 le 22/04 à 12h00 le 23/04 en étant debout depuis 3h00 du matin. Je travaille très régulièrement à Gand, je choisirai un autre hôtel la prochaine fois je pense.

Great room to travel with family/kids.

It’s was amazing. Good service, clean, comfortable, huge space, coffee machine, nice toilet and there are a lot of charging points.

Fijn en recent opgeleverd hotel. Comfortabele en schone kamers. Douchecabine is lekker ruim. Meer dan voldoende oplaadplekken voor elektrische auto’s. Daar het hotel op een industrieterrein zit, is €19 wel wat gortig voor het parkeren. Ontbijtbuffet is toereikend, maar betreft het standaard Holiday Inn-ontbijt. Iets meer variatie in de warme gerechten en bijvoorbeeld verse jus d’orange waren welkom geweest, maar dit is echter meer aan algemene Holiday Inn-issue.

Det er et vældig fint og flot hotel. Detcer forholdsvis nyt og der er ca 20 ladestander i p-kælderen, så der er rig mulighed for at lade elbilen.

O hotel é bem confortável, café da manhã diversificado e tudo muito limpo. Tem estacionamento.

My second stay at this hotel and it’s very convenient, being adjacent to the motorway. The staff are always courteous and helpful and the rooms clean, tidy and comfortable. I genuinely have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, or staying there again.

Leuk, nieuw, modern budget hotel - prima service

What I liked the most was having a small kitchenette. With two little ones, was good to be able to warm their bottles, or prepare some snacks. The room was super clean and modern.

Nieuw hotel en goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding, behalve prijs van de parking (19€ voor buiten het centrum!). Bediening moet zich nog inwerken volgens mij, maar dat is niet erg, zolang ze maar verbeteren.Kamers aan de kant van de autostrade hebben wel last van geluid vanaf de ochtendspits. Stil uitslapen is moeilijk.
