All of the staff, especially Amanda and the gentleman that was working with her at the front desk on the evening of June 28th, 2026 are extremely helpful, polite, patient and professional. Check-in/check-out was very easy. The room and every space in the hotel were always kept spotless. The beds were very comfortable and we had lots of pillows and covers. The shower always had hot water and we had lots of towels. The TV had lots of channels to choose from and all of the appliances worked. We noticed that the hotel is also very well insulated because we never heard any of our neighbours during our stay. Our room was a great size and had lots of cabinetry and closet space. Be warned, however, the fridge is quite small. Especially if you are traveling with a child/children and need more things refrigerated. The hotel does offer to keep items for you in the staff fridge, but you may want to bring a cooler and use the ice from the ice machines found near the elevators. The property is very well maintained and the facilities (pool, gym, restaurant, spa) and everything else is always kept clean and tidy. The layout is also well thought out and provides a relaxing experience. They also have laundry machines in the basement, which is a great feature, if you are traveling with kids or staying longer. The parking lot is covered which is definitely a bonus on warm days, although it does come at a small additional daily fee. I would highly recommend this hotel and would return. Thanks :)
