Superb hotel very clean and great staff will deffo be back

Stayed a quick overnight. Beds were comfortable. Ample parking. One of the reasons for booking was Expedia listed that it had laundry facilities but it was more laundry services. The reception was helpful in providing alternatives such as the self service laundry machines by the Circle K. She was even going beyond helpful by checking if it comes with detergent or if I need to purchase my own. I did not opt to use the self service as it wasn’t convenient for me at that time.

Everything was Fine, high motivated staff at reception and Breakfast, good Location, free Parking

Parking was convenient in an open parking lot. Walking distance to center of town and short drives to sites of interest

The room was very comfortable and clean. Our only critique is that the towels were a bit skimpy and there was no face-cloth, despite only supplying liquid soap. The lobby provides plenty of space for gathering and the location is excellent. Ample parking for those arriving with a car.

Staff courteous and friendly. Room clean. Very noisey due to car rally weekend. Also at night people running up and down hallway and turning our door handle.

Fine for what we needed it for. We wanted to drive the Ring of Kerry so the location was good. Rooms are dated and feel a bit dirty, the bathroom also had no fan so the steam was crazy if you took a warm shower and made everything damp. Breakfast was also really pricy for what it was. Overall fine for location but pretty much what you’d expect for a 3 star.

I will not be staying here again it’s very smelly and not clean

The restaurant/ bar had horrible service. No servers, went with my family and we were never attended despite telling the bar staff we were there in a table waiting for someone to come. We had to leave to another restaurant.
