The hot tub was left with a sign that was not clear and you couldn’t use it. The staff were very short & not accommodating. Many times we were welcomed with rude states and abrupt rude responses. The. Breakfast was good but more variety would be nice. The towels were raggedy, knob for the shower would barley budge, and we were not given the adjoining rooms we had requested and were told that they were preparing for us….. there was puke all over the main floor bathroom , and workers cleaning shoved us out of the way to get into the elevator while we were trying to get to our rooms.

The pool was very cold and the hot tub was not hot. We stayed for several days and my kids only went in once due to this. Staff were nice and the breakfasts were really good.

i usually enjoy staying at this location, however over the years it seems the property is lacking in upkeep. it feels very dingy, dated and old, despite the renovations — which are nice. i do like that they have laminate flooring in the rooms as opposed to carpet. but, there is only 1 elevator, omg soooooo slow. the bathtub/shower drain was clogged, so the water reached past my ankles by the time my shower was done. gross, so gross. everytime you flushed the toilet, it stayed ‘running’ so you have to call maintenance everytime or fix it yourself. ugh. annoying. they don’t use an actual duvet cover; they use a top sheet, the duvet, and another top sheet overtop — 😵‍💫. so the unwashed and exposed duvet has seen many guests. the stairwell also smells like dog pee. so you’ll smell random air fresheners or sprays randomly to mask the smell. there were kids running through the hallways at midnight, parents shouting down the hallways —?? housekeeping is absolutely fantastic. front desk staff are more welcoming than the city centre location. i did pay for a 1pm check out, and at 1:01:00, the front desk is calling your room telling you to check out. i get it, they need to prepare to next guests, but ONE MINUTE after the hour??? wow. not sure i’d stay again or recommend to friends

Great location and breakfast was fresh. A great coffee machine that served different types of lattes etc.

The staff were all friendly all helpful. The room itself was decent, clean and somewhat updated. The hallways and stairwells could use a vacuuming - the high traffic areas (floors, walls, door handles, elevator, bathtub ) were in a bit of a rough state. If you are a light sleeper - do not stay here , the ceilings/floors and doors are paper thin. We listened to clanging doors, people running the hallway and stomping feet all night but the hotel was also packed this weekend so it was busy!

We stayed in 109, which is the first room off the lobby and also right next to the elevator/breakfast area. We anticipated noise, but it was actually quite nice! It got a tiny bit noisy around 8:30-9:00ish, when the breakfast area got quite busy, but otherwise we didn't notice any lobby or elevator noises - and even at that, it wasn't too much for us. It was also pretty convenient to hop over for breakfast (included!), or tea/coffee in the lobby (free!). I'd stay in this room again! Breakfast was pretty good! Scrambled eggs, potatoes (wedge style), sausages, bagels, yogurt, cereal, muffins, and a self-serve waffle station but it was quite busy. They didn't have ketchup, but I got the impression that they just ran out. Front desk staff: We interacted with one lovely lady, she was there for both our check-in and check-out and she was friendly and helpful. This hotel is close to West Edmonton Mall, and about a $15 uber to Rogers Place.

The property was close to the mall. Breakfast was good. The staff were accommodating. The tv channels were lacking.

Hotel was great. The beds were comfy but the floors were disgusting. Corners with someone elses hair in them and just dirty. The sheets on the beds were nice crispy white until we layed with our dirty feet in them.
