Almost every room had issues from heating and cooling, shower pressure or temperature, most of the tvs were full of static, no two rooms had the same channels, the wifi seemed to work better across the lot at the gas station. And the last room I booked felt like I was gonna fall through the floor and the flooring was warped and buckling in the bathroom. I would barely consider this a hotel more of a motel and lets not even talk about the random guys drinking in the stairwells every night as I was leaving for work.

Office staff was unhelpful and ignored us. Room was dirty and several items were not in good condition. Shower did not have hot water.

This is an ok place for me, as I’ve been dry camping in the desert for a week. But I would not bring my mother or children. I use the stairs and here they are very dirty. Not just bags of trash in the stairwells, but a thick layer of grime on the floor and going up the walls. I truly wished I had access to a pressure washer. Just gross. But they focused on the important thing-my bed had bright white and obviously very clean sheets and covers. The bed was comfy. The heat worked. So I slept well, which is what you need after a week in the desert. But lots of not so good. The door had been kicked open in the past and didn’t latch well. The lights didn’t work. The stovetop was pulled up from the counter. The sink had no stopper.

Comforter is just as thin as the toilet paper. Hot and cold labels were backwards. Very limited options on tv. Half didn’t have volume. Ceiling in bathroom was collapsing w/ water flowing down causing me to move rooms. COULD’VE BEEN MAJOR INJURY LAWSUIT. New room had graffiti throughout the unit. And they never gave me my deposit back. Horrible place to stay. Do not recommend.

The mattresses are in poor condition, the trucks that take the cars live in constant fear, and many homeless people sleep inside the facilities. It's really dangerous.

Cook top didn’t even function. Whole property is incredibly dated in appearance and neglected

Many street dwellers and the tow truck live in constant fear of vehicles!

The kitchenette makes it easy to cook, while Maverick next door and fast-food along with other options close by add convenience. Be sure to check out the Indian/Nepali grocery store behind Social Cannabis.

I appreciate and enjoy the staff at HomeTowne Studios 💕I hope Christopher comes back, though. He was a bright light to my sleepy mornings when I'd check back in ☀️

The hotel is in a great location, however it needs a lot of TLC. Plumbing reversed, door locks falling apart, floors in rooms peeling up, phone looks like it's been dropped or thrown, furniture is doggy, shower stall peeling. Grade A staff, stairwell doors do not lock, staircase needs pressure washing along with walk ways. The staff is new and as I was there I could see they are trying to clean the place up. I would say give this staff 6 month and you can add another star to this property. Christopher was great and talking to him he seems to have some great ideas that he says management is on board with.

I live here as a temporary situation, and I like staying here because of it's proximity to my job (by the airport), places to eat, and transit. It's a quiet community, for the most part, of people who work, some with short stays, and others like me who have made this our temporary home.

I enjoy staying here.

All around negative experience

They let my car get towed for biased reasons, I never got my deposit back, and I’ve lost my job, money, and transportation all from being at this hotel. They have a few roaches, the stove didn’t work, and it wasn’t very clean. The only pro is that it was close to my job, but the decision to book a room there cost me a lot and I’d never refer anyone to any HomeTowne studios ever

Our first room we couldn't get the door to open with the key we had a hard time so we had to move to another room to upstairs which was even worse this one had bugs in the bathroom it was just uncomfortable won't be staying there again.

I never got a refund for the $50 deposit

a refundable security deposit of $50 was collected but has not been returned, dirty and noisy facility with most areas out of order.
