Good property and a great stay!

Quite and clean

Cool room with games for the kids. Hot tub and showers were closed for repair and room was dirty upon arrival.

Convient, great value Friendly front desk, polite breakfast staff Good breakfast

We had a nice and comfortable stay at the property. Cleanliness was good.

Customer service was amazing. Especially Maxie. Was a bit dissatisfied with hot tub being down. Great breakfast. Ok workout facility. The super 8 room was neat for the kids, but all the games were missing pieces and couldn't play any of them. Bathroom was tiny for a family room. A little over priced for what its worth.All and all was good stay, i would definitely comeback but wouldnt stay inthe super 8 room.

It was very clean and very friendly staff but wasn’t told the hot tub was closed until we noticed when we showed up to check in and we booked it because of the pool/ hot tub.

We were welcomed upon arrival and Ellen was wonderful to deal with. She was friendly and helpful in getting settled into our stay. All of the staff was friendly. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We were upgraded to a suite as the room wasn’t ready which was great!

Facility was good

The rug was soiled, like someone threw up and then wasn't properly ateam cleaned. Had to ask for a clean mattress cover. Looks like someone had a dog there and it wasn't properly cleaned. The bathroom has pealing paint on the bathtub. Really!

Great hotel and price was excellent. Breakfast was good, clean and comfortable. Close to many stores, restaurants, take out and major roads. Recommended.

Convenient area. The room was descent. It appeared to be housing for those in need and long term stay for them. I felt it was a little unsafe. Was not a hotel for short term only. Would have liked to know that before we booked.

Was disappointing that the hot tub was not available. Also contacted the hotel later that day of check out for a forgotten item and despite that no other party checked in to our room, the staff claimed no item was put in lost and found or in the laundry from that room.

Breakfast options were good. There was always someone cleaning. Pool was great for young kids. Helpful staff.

For the price was fantastic. Grocery, Walmart, liquor, cannabis, fast food all nearby. Depends on what you want to be close to. It’s an easy walk to all that and transit

Full of parking as have to walk farther

Very nice stay. The only thing I did not like was how tricky it was to drive in and out as it was in the back of a mall
